How to Crack Your Neck Safely & Effectively

So many people love to crack their neck and other joints. It feels great! Relieving. But there is a safer way to do it and with some practice it can help the area feel relaxed for a little longer than normal after a good crack. Here is a way I personally crack my own neck and have found it to be more effective. But please note 🛑 cracking too much esp your neck can lead to nerve lock pains. So take care. If any manipulation starts to make your pain worse or it doesn’t help at all. Stop and see you trusted person for treatment. 👍.
