    Training dips are very important too, not just pull ups.

      This is important when you get your chest over the bar as you should be able to press your body weight

    Actully i can do 1 clean muscle up but i cant do 10 pull ups

      10 pull ups = 1 muscle up is bro science. Obviously, if you can't do a pull up, you won't be able muscle up, but they are different movements.

      WTF. Are you serious? I have never heard of that before. You should make a video. I have not seen anybody on social media who is like that. That would be a viral video.

      @@jakemccoy yes , you just need train your MU , pullup just a basic for MU not mean you need do 10 pull up for 1 MU

      Try deloading for a week to allow your body to recover, and focus on weak points like grip strength or explosiveness off the bar by doing dead hangs or plyometric pull-ups

      during a deload, you don't need to stop training completely it's about reducing the training volume to allow for recovery while still being active
