Been trying to find out if these Fatmax V20 drills have kickback protection of some sort. I have an entry level brushed motor Makita that does and it cost me around £100 whilst the Fatmax I have been eyeing is a good £150.
Ive got the brushless fatmax and have never noticed any bad kick back but cant say one way or the other if it definitely has protection. You can normally pick it up for £200 with the impact and 2 x batteries when on sale.
No, they are nowhere near as accurate as a torque wrench and the calibration on them can change overtime. Im afraid youll have to stick with the torque wrench!
All "20v" cordless tools are actually 18v. It is just marketing. It is the same with 40v being actually 36v. It is because the battery packs consist of 3,6v battery cells.
Cheers mate, got this drill in a kit recently, your vids way more thorough and clear than the instructions.
Great video as I just bought this drill yesterday.
I've been wanting exactly this video for ages, so thanks! I can finally use my drill right.
Glad I could help!

Can we use it for removing nuts?
