    Another good one. Especially liked the positivity and social aspect. I am thinking the mental aspect, staying motivated, missing home will be the hardest for myself. So it was good to hear what you had to say!

      I think the mental aspect is what knocks most people off the trail. I feel like a lot of people wont admit that but the mental aspect is HUGE. Stay strong!

    Just finished watching seven "Ask a Thru Hiker" These are "phenomenal" to put it in your words. Really like the forum with the both of you commenting to get the male/female perspective. You both have a down to earth view point and enjoyable to listen along. Lots of great points and tips to take action. Keep up the great work.

      Thanks Bob! Appreciate the feedback! Should be at least another 3 of these with the footage I already have recorded. Hopefully we can do at least a follow up one and hoping to do another series that I think people may find value in. Hopefully that works out! either way, thanks for watching!

      I think all of us from the trail are. Haha. Non thru hike life is kind of lame in comparison :D
