Will servo motor damage uno board without motor driver

They won't, I have connected servos directly to the uno pins.

Pwm pins are not needed, code is such that you can use any pin.

Why u use 3 battery?

2 batteries for Motors, 1 separate battery for Arduino and Bluetooth module. Since due to inrush current of motors battery voltage was dropping after 15 20 minutes causing Bluetooth module to reset, with separate battery run time goes upto 1 hour.
