So I'm familiar with the features and you guys did a great job restoring it and using it and loving it... It makes me want to do it but now I'm 71 years old, by myself and I have no one in my family that's interested in anything like that so I get to live through your dreams... Your dachshund is absolutely gorgeous. I just lost my baby last year. He was 15 years old and I miss him every day... Thank you for such a beautiful tour.
2nd one I've seen, where BOOZE was their MAINSTAY item❗️❗️❗️SO SAD... Makes one wonder... So,... The last video I saw, where AGAIN, a YOUNG COUPLE was sharing their rig with us... they had their BOX'O'WINE cubby -complete with a CUTOUT, for easy pouring!!! YES,... these people had cut a huge hole, right out of the wood rail, of their overhead shelving... LOTS OF DRINKING, ME TINKS....
I don't usually like the look of the original wooden cabinetry in older caravans but you've really made it work with your own touches. Love the ceiling!

Whenever I see a vintage item/car/rv, I always like to imagine and daydream about all the places that item has been to, all the people that used it, and all the things it has seen. So incredible how a lot of the features in their RV are original. Seems like a lovely couple and unique style they have. Thanks for the tour!
I love this! We often wish we could talk to the man we bought it from and tell him about all the adventures it’s been on since! His dad was the original owner! Bought it new in 1976. He was sad to say goodbye to it but I think/hope he’d be proud of where it’s been and the life it leads now

I love this vintage trailer make-over. It's similar to one we had years ago, bought gently used from our neighbors in the early 1980s. I loved having the mini bathtub for bathing our little girls. I noticed the flask and cocktail shaker to the right of your dishes to complement your liquor cabinet LOL. 🍸🍹😊 My apartment faucet did not have a sprayer so I purchased an adapter that swivels and has a spray option for under $10 at Walmart. Game changer! I'll start following you guys on Instagram. Travel safe!

I love the final outcome. They didn’t really do a lot, but it looks great. One great thing about these older trailers is the WINDOWS! We have one that is about 10 years old, but barely any windows. If you want a trailer to visit the great outdoors, you have to GO outdoors. I miss the views of my old tent trailer. I’m too old for it now but we used to pull in a beautiful spot and unzip all the windows and have views for days.

I totally love that you kept most of the original to this vintage camper. Most often you see everyone ripping out all the original to put in all new. Or they take and paint everything white which I disagree with. Now in some instances it is because there is water damage, so then there’s not much of a choice in what to do. So you must’ve not had any water damage in your camper. Good luck to you you have a beautiful home.

I like the ceiling. I think painting the floor was a great idea because everyone is doing those wood floors. And I love the bathroom because pink is my favorite color.
Wow! An oldie but a goodie! I love all of the original parts! My dad took us on a couple of motor home trips in rented Win a backs in 1969 and a few years later. I have good memories. We too our dog on one of the trips. He liked it, especially when we drove by some cows in pastures. lol He'd get all excited and jumped up on the seats to the dining table.Our trips were approximately one week each. One time five people, three kids, two adults, one dog. The second trip was four people, not my mom and not our dog.
One trick when you like changing your style, is to pack down what you want to change, head to a second hand store, give them your clothes, and go hunt for new ones. I have found designer shoes, that I got in a bag sale, so only 5 € and I found other things to top the bag up... I have also given my clothes to a friends kid supporting them, as they fix them up and resell. I love the mix between the old paneling, and your touches, it looks great. And it seems really spacious too.

While it is in good condition, there are many things I’d like to change to make it me! Just as you did yours. Truly awesome and an inspiration to me on different ideas to incorporate while I’m changing things around. I like your camper you did a nice job. I have one complaint and it's just not you 2 but most of these young people who start full timing rv or van life most of them say their burnt out from everyday work routine . Well us older people worked until we could retire and yes we were tired . Hope you are paying into something so when it's time and no longer able to work or retire you have savings .
Yes yes yes. I always think the same. Try working 30-40 years, saving as you go. I realize that's not the trend these days, but what I did. I was burned out a lot but kept on working because that's what I had to do to take care of myself and family, pay the bills and save for retirement. And yes, I did have fun along the way.
Y'all weren't putting 75% of your paycheck on rent on a 2 bedroom apartment and BS health insurance! Why encourage our generation to suffer? Let em live freeeeeee!
