The colors you chose are beautiful and your coloring in impeccably done.....and I appreciate you up close and personal share of how you feathered your clors and I sure do have lots of every kind of coloring goodies too and lOTS of Vellum only thing lacking is that stamp set but soooooon I'll have and can't wait...I love butterflies so much have all my life!! Back in the 70s we used to make flower petals using wire and some kind of plastic. We would put little stamins in the top before we wired the petals together and cover the wire with floral tape. The stamins make great antennae .
What an adorable card and I love the acetate trick!!! So nifty. MayMay I have been trying your suggestion of putting the "hump" of the crease of my card bases to the outside of the fold and you are absolutely right the bases lay flatter. I am a convert.
