It is interesting when Nemesis mentioned about introducing sports psychologist. As a psychology student myself, I want to say that not all psychologist can solve these problems that are presented right now. Whether they are experienced or not, the quality of the impact that a psychologist can create heavily depends on their characteristics and mindsets that they have. There is yet to be any "textbook" solutions for these team problems, not to even mention esports or league specific. If psychologist for each team were to be the solution, that psychologist needs to have enough league knowledge, team growing knowledge and have a complete understanding of things such as functional fixedness. This is very hard to find and I don't even know if I can become that after by studies in psychologist. (I was just a hard stuck diamond anyways)
As a psychologist you can solve these problems, if you are following the "organisational" dimension. For example, there you learn about how you can develop team effectiveness while having in mind diversity (cultural, informational, skill etc.). That's one example. But you can go into this domain as a psychologist and be succesfull, not really needing league knowledge (but of course, it would help a lot)
@@TheManticora3 I am aware of the organisational field of psychology but this is exactly in that field as organisational field focuses on community and company systems and organisations.
