So basically you do the same MBBS while also working 9 to 5, thus makes it much harder for students. Secondly, the NHS are making the apprentices do admin and non-clinical work which other trainee doctors don't do. Thirdly, once qualified, apprentices can't work abroad thus limiting your future career goals
I would advise looking at the entry requirements to be sure. As far as I am aware it is only open to those who have a right to work in England or have eligible residency status

Why are people so mad about this? Isn’t this how physicians trained before? As long as they put in the work and have the test scores, so be it.

Apprentices can work aboard actually. You achieve the same degree as somebody doing the traditional route.
the nhs doctor apprenticeship could either be a huge success or a massive fail for the gmc and the nhs
