You pegged it exactly. She kills it as a drummer and a person as far as I am concerned. She's an awesome vocalist as well. Skillet songs with her vocal contributions are better than the songs she does not sing in. John Cooper should use her vocals more than he does, IMO.

My favorite aspect of her drumming is that she’s in kill mode every song, every show. I wish more drummers played that way.

Jen really fits well with Skillet. I became a fan of the band because of her! A amazing and cool drummer. Not only that she’s very talented, she has a great and lovely voice. Srsly always when I mention Skillet I always mention that they have an amazing drummer and that she is even singing while she is killing the drums!!!
I'm 65 years old and I love Skillet. I played trombone in highschool and college, but after watching Jen play I wish I had played drums. Looks like so much fun (but work I'm sure). Jen has incredible style and intensity.
Jen's drumming, both in skill and style, is why I like Skillet's live videos best. And, not only can she drive the music, her vocals are awesome! To be able to both, at the same time, WOW!!!!

Love Jen!! Please tell me you guys plan to release those live recordings of Undefeated, Resistance, and Awake and Alive. The sound quality on them was amazing!!
Plus the camera angle is great too. There are not enough good concerts with cameras focused on Jen where we can actually see her play. The Volt Festival, 2016 is a great concert, cuz they focused a camera on Jen a lot. I love watching her play her drums. Jen is a great performer.
The world needs more people like Jen, just an awesome person that slays at drums!

I personally love seeing a lady play the drums! Sheila E is a huge influence of mine🤘. Plus she is a singing drummer, doesn't get much better.
My mind was blown when the first time i heard awake and alive and noticed she is a singer too.
She mentions that she was meant to do the drumming thing, to that I say:
"Drumming was only the means and the road you travelled Jen, your destiny is to be a Singing sensation. YOU ROCK"

Jen is such an inspiration. I grew up as the only girl drummer at all of my schools until college (where suddenly, it was 50-50 guys girls...) but that didn't change the stigma that girls won't be good. And then when I started singing and playing the criticism turned into...well, you can do one or the other but not both. So glad Jen is out there showing all the women drummers just simply that YES GIRL, YOU CAN.

Never once thought she was a bad drummer. From day 1 she's been an absolute unit.
You are why I became a fan of Skillet. I seen a part of a video with you singing and drumming. And had to look into who this band was, and been hooked ever since. Mind you, I'm now 55 and mostly only listened to Rock and Roll and Country music. Love the music and the message.

My first impression when i see her i already felt like im going to love her and the band and it was also the first time i started hearing the band's music.
