- It has always been there for you, through every up and down. It is a reflection of our strength and resolve as residents to overcome anything we are faced. You know every nook and cranny, every shortcut, every coffee shop. You cannot drive down the road without it invoking some memory, a feeling, the vague recollection of an old song you used to sing, or a smell or a taste that is still almost tangible. You don’t stop to think about it often, but when you do it hits you just how good your city has been to you. You hope you have lived a life in this city and on these streets that is worthy, that you have laughed loud enough, and fought for it hard enough. This is who we are in the city we love, called Calgary.
This is for you Calgary, I love you.

Barry Ehlert is a serial entrepreneur. His love & passion for business started young. His first venture of shoveling snow was done for tips. Hey. I'm pretty sure due to the framing of the shot that 0:10 is the Calgary Tower and not the Bow Building twice. The Calgary Tower is a prominent landmark so was surprised to not see it in your list. Cheers!
I don’t know when you filmed this but every trail, park, bike path - is packed! and downtown looks the same as always. Even pre-Covid.

Went to prince island the other day. People everywhere
I work in and out of Calgary with Atco gas and I do got to say that rush hour is NOTHING compared to pre covid. But yes if he would’ve filmed on a weekend it is a lot more busier than this video makes it look.

You not only captured this first class, kind and beautiful city but somehow you enveloped the incredible spirit. I was lucky enough to live there 20 plus years. My grandparents used to tell me stories about this city, they told me about when the Calgary tower was built and when the Olympics were held. Now im 14 and I love that I get to call this place home.

Wow, this city has changed a lot since I live there in the summer of 1978 (worked for Imp Oil as a student).
Lies. Nobody remembers going to the Stampede!
In 6 whole weeks of isolation I think this is the first time I've shed an actual tear. It just seems so surreal to see it captured like this.

Even though this is Calgary, it speaks for all of Alberta. We're in this together...even though apart. There is prayer, support, concern and solidarity, even if the streets are empty. In my opinion, Calgary NEVER looked so good as in this video. Especially the downtown, AMAZING, hardly a shit-bum in sight to ask, beg, or demand "spare change" (to use their patented line) and then swear at you, yell at you or threaten you when they get ignored, refused, or even avoided. Quite a racket those BUMS have had going on here for decades in this BIG, TOUGH, COWTOWN-STAMPEDE CITY (sarcasm).

I love the city of Calgary. I sure can say ... looking back on my time here the city has been good for me personally. I'm still alive. I am still breathing. I miss my Home land ... Nova Scotia is where my heart is ... My whole life started back there ... I am choosing to go back to be closer to my family. I will miss this city and have many people that I respect that I have developed friendships with to these people I am grateful to some that have been there for me as a support a trusted place to be when I felt down with no family around ... Felt as though " Life " she had me beat ... I feel blessed having some of these friends around ... I feel blessed that I met them for only God knows he is the true one leader he guides me to where I need to be and with this Covid-19 ... One thing is I have seen and learned that it is really important to not allow anything to just pass us by ... The " Life " really is a Amazing thing and I feel Blessed to be here and see .. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video, it made me very emotional...I was in Calgary Feb 2019, and none of us had any idea of what was ahead. To see this beautiful city that I love and call my second home deserted, is truly heartbreaking. The hospital where I was treated, downtown, the Peace Bridge..all of it now empty due to this virus. I was due to start University in Calgary September 20 but that’s on hold for now. The world feels in a lot of ways an uncertain place, so we must make every day count, but whilst us humans are on lockdown, our beautiful planet keeps on turning and is certainly enjoying a break from us! I love and miss you Calgary, and I carry you in my heart ❤️ until we are reunited, stay safe my dear family and friends 🇬🇧❤️🇨🇦

I currently live in downtown Calgary and during the pandemic there was less of everything but it was still buzzing with it regular energy just not all the time. The 7 pm thank was one of the delights as the entire area was Devoted to the event. This is a beautiful video

Omg, I did not see Calgary this way. I just found it too hot in Summer and too cold in Winter. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Probably I have to change my view and my point to see everything. This video is stunning!

This event 201 trauma based mind control event, we are all experiencing together will soon pass. The homeless are my yellow canary’s here in Vancouver. And there still all alive and ready to get high. So I’m not overtly panicked like I was a month ago. Just actually enjoying this plandemic covidcation. Moving forward. Calagary is a beautiful City without a doubt. And that airport motel of you’res is something of ledgend!

Visited Calgary last summer it was beautiful not that quiet hope things get back to normal.
