I had a few photos of my mugs hit the algorithm and it suddenly made me turn into a full time potter this fall and holiday season. I love RUclips but also have to focus on what is able to provide for me and my little family 🥰💜💜. Videos are extremely time consuming, especially the editing. Hope you're doing well!

You are totally turning me on to an X-tool :D I have had good results with cleaning burn marks with vinigar, you could give it a try.
Hahaha. I'm really liking how much it's capable of so far for the price! Ooh, I've seen people clean off their burn marks but was never sure what they used. I'll try that!

Not sure if you can change the cm/inch in laserbox, but they have made their own software, and there you can change to inch. =) The timer in both laserbox and xtool one is way off, as you noticed xD But i usually sit with the laser because i dont want any accidents and burning 😬
Thank you so much! 💕 There weren't very many markets where we used to live either and it's one of the main reasons we moved. Now that I know how off it is, I'll check on it more frequently, but I set it up in the guest room where's there's literally nothing to do, so my ADHD brain cannot handle the boredom 😂. I do stay close by in the adjacent room with the door open so I can at least hear it or smell if something's off, but it's so quiet when it's cutting versus engraving compared to the Glowforge 😯

Hi Tana, where did you get your bracelet holders?
I made them by gluing three square sticks of wood together from home depot. I think they were one inch squares and twelve inches long. I glued two together side by side, one on top of them along the middle, then painted the whole thing white. Hopefully that makes sense but they've lasted me ages!

All the mugs and stuff? Yes, I wheel thrown them from a ball of clay and work on them all the way to the finished product 🥰
