This is one of the only videos I've seen that is purely real parkour. Finally, someone who gets it and doesn't make it into gymnastics. You are so lucky that you have such amazing spots.

Damn! Another badass video! I watch a lot of pk videos but you guys always put out some of the best ones. The movement is beautiful, flowing and seamless but... So is the camerawork and editing! That's what makes your videos good, thank you for the inspiration even though I can't do much pk right now due to injuries. Keep running! Train safe!

At first i was a bit disappointed that there were no big flip tricks or anything. But then i realized that this is literally parkour, getting from point a to b as quickly as possible!

I wish I had a camera man like he does, one that not only runs with you but uses teleportation to get better angles too. I'm lucky to be able to practice parkour ^_^ and these past videos are a great representation of it.
I like this series because rather than including tricky flips and jumps that leave me saying "Man that was awesome, I wish I could do that..." -:( , it leaves me saying "Hey that was awesome and I can do that!" :D like, the moves are (mostly) basic but the way he uses them makes it look awesome!

oh one more thing which i forgot to mention, strength will help you overcome many shortcomings so also look at the training videos from Northern Parkour. Be aware that Le Vietnamien Volant probably has been doing Parkour for over 5 years so with determination you'll get there
