Very impressive stack. You sound like a young guy, so if you have 20 - 30 years ahead of you before you need to sell this stack then we believe you are on to a winner. Interestingly, the Perth Mint did an analysis over 25 years and said the optimum saving was something in the region of 65% silver and 35% gold. For safety 50/50 should not see you far wrong. So our suggestion for you is increase your gold holdings before adding more to your silver stack. To try and get your average silver costs down obviously look at bars or if you are buying from STG look at their 10 oz and 1 kilo coins, they have much lower premiums. Whilst we suspect you may be losing on some of your earlier purchases, with 20 + years ahead of you, we are confident you will do fine. Its great to see someone who is articulate and has the foresight to save for the long term. You have our respect!
+Illuminati Silver Thank you for the time to comment. Yes I turn 30 next month, but plan to retire in the next 10-15 years, but this is a long term view and if it pops before, I'll be selling into it. I'm done with silver now, I'm an expat and only got one chance to stack the silver. I'm now concentrating on my gold position, so will see how that goes. Many thanks.
+UKKSA Silver Congrats on your stack! You are doing very well! For as long as the gold / silver ratio is ridiculous (70/1) I would personally keep buying silver. When the ratio narrows I would start shifting into gold or swapping silver for gold. Keep stacking!
When I see stacks like that one I think of the old cartoons where the "vault" or the "treasure" was in gold and silver and gems. I dont remember ever back then watching a movie where treasure was paper....
+dosduros Great comment and very true! I remember after the gold bubble in 1980....cartoons etc would have words with Gold in them by the dozen. I hope it happens again ;-) Thanks for stopping by!
Beautiful to see so much silver in tubes and stacked like this. The box of 2 OZ horses caught my eye. Love them. Thank you for sharing. Liked and subbed.
+Mario M The subs I had at the time asked me to do it, so I delivered, and very gratefull for the response :-) Thank you for commenting and subbing! I shall be buying gold from now on, so hope to have a video out soon.
Wow! That is one impressive stack of metals. You’ve been collecting for a long time for sure, and your persistence shows. Great job...loved the massive volume of Silver, and Gold too. Thanks for sharing with us.
Absolutely incredible stack!!! What an inspiring video! I've subscribed and please keep the videos coming. Thank you for sharing this with the community.
Haha thank you! I wouldn't have done such a video but was asked by a few so I'm glad I did it as people like yourself have enjoyed seeing. Thank you for stopping by and commenting!
+SilverHustlin13 Hehe thank you for the nice comment! Yeah sure does, it beats looking at it as digits in the bank account!....and I think it will do well long term for me as a pension :-)
Wow! Very inspirational video. I'm also impressed with your diversification keep on stacking or in your case, building your Silver Mountain!!!!!! Take care, LL
Holy Cow that's a whole lot of SILVER! Is your last name Gairsoppa? Or maybe Rothschild? LOL Dang that's your retirement fund? That stack would last me in retirement at least 2 months! LOL No really, congratulations on putting together so much silver. I think it's important for all of us to see large stacks so that we may realize what our goals are. Good Luck and God Bless!
Thor19761 My first years stacking in 2012 was only about 200oz, and in 2013 it increased to 1000oz when spot was about $20. Then Iv'e been cost averaging down every month to the curent month. I'm however fortunate as I can buy the Silver tax free outside of the UK, and the public pay the noraml prices with shops, ebay etc, so I feel like I'm getting a 20% discount. This has made silver to be quite the investment long term as IMO, it will never fall below $10, the paper price might, but try buying an oz of phyisical silver if it ever does. Thanks
loooool, ONLY. Nice. I wish i would have the half of your silver. But i think, at the last end, it doesn´t matter, how much silver you got, it only matters, if you HAVE a bit of silver in your hand. No, i agree with you, it will never fall down under 10. I had past times the luck to find some german coins and i still got those. Now I bought a few to them. I thank you for these nice pictures. Good looking.
+Thor19761 Haha, start small, cut back on things you don't need, and you'll realise how much you can save in silver! Your right, I may sell this at $100, and you might sell at $400, the variables can change the goal posts for everyone. Thank you for commenting my friend!
Wow! That is very impressive and looks so good out of the tubes like that! Nicely done, and it is cool to see how 50 of the 2 oz lunars come. I may have to pick up 50 of the goats now.
Hey, great stuff mate, hope I can get to that level one day. You say the Britannias were capital gains tax and VAT free? Can I ask How? and from where?
Awesome video, thanks! So what's the deal with CGT? Do you have to pay tax on the none Britannias on what you make when you sell them? Have you got it recorded what you bought each piece for?
+Ryan Attard Thanks Ryan. I agree with swansea, I can not see CGT being a probelm but Iv'e covered that angle just in case it will be. You are able to sell a lot without paying CGT but the britannias were a win win for me as I dont have to worry about CGT in the furture, and also everyone will know what a Britannia is and IMO trust it over something like a panda, if and when price eventually goes up. Yes, I do have proof of purchase for each piece I have purchased.
thanks for sharing, I'm still sceptic about wether its worth pumping tons of money into, I think I'll just chuck a bit in here and there. if its not too personal, have you made much money of your initial purchases?
125kg of silver! That is impressive. Makes me wish I had started sooner and glad to know that others in the UK are stacking. When I talk to mates about silver they just don't get it.
I find it amazing that you bought so much of each kind of coin... I have about 110 ounces in Maples but then after that I just buy one ounce or one coin of each design that I like... but then I am an old lady just buying a bit as I live on a small old age pension.
I have to admit that the Great White Shark is the one colorized coin that I like...but don't tell anyone, lol! Lunar Dragons, Panda's and Koalas, you had some beginners luck with those! Somolia elephants to boot. You would have more gold if you would stop giving it away!!! I should let you pick my coins. Great stack!
sup guys question. im new to silver stacking. just found out bout cull silver. iv opened a few tubes and passed a few coins around to friends. did i fuck up the resell value if i sell back to online distributor?!? thx
Thank you! I did get to 7500oz but then sold a third last year to fund a business start up. That business is flourishing so in hindsight was a great investment, but yes the stack does feel small now at a current 5000oz. I may do an update soon on what I have.
Do you feel secure to keep that much in your house? Its pretty big already. When I get the chance I'm going to do the same thing (collecting metals, jewels, the lot) here. :) Recorder units and vaults don't cost to much these days now. :P Have a good one!
+Jeff Jefferson Its spread over many locations, so yes I'm happy. I'm stacking gold next so should be a little easier to store etc...Thanks for commenting! :-)
I have seen silver coins going a bit cheaper than normal becouse they are milking/toning would they still be worth buying? or carry on paying a bit more for the shiny stuff?
+marcus klem Hi, Personally I buy new, but if a deal came up 2nd hand and they were toned it would not bother me. Silver is Silver! The toning does not damage the coins in any way. I have brand new coins that are 4 years old now with toning, so you can't get away from the problem.
coins are the best . a bit extra premium, but can be purchased at the right timebut great to move them. soooo liquid.one of the best silver video's I've seen. all the best and I wish this silver may turn into GOLD in the future. cheers to you.
I'm a college student and my life time goal is 3,000 oz of silver and 50 oz of gold. Watching videos like this motivates me to pinch pennies so I can pick up a few more ounces during college. About 95% of my money goes towards school but it's still fun getting a little silver every once in a while.
I'm starting my adventure with gold and silver... My investing horizon is 30+ years. One question - is touching the coins and leaving fingerprints and scratches is not decreasing coin value ? I had some opportunities to buy used Silver Eagles and Maple Leafs in quite good prices but finally refused because of some light fingerprints. Was my decision right ? Could you advise please ;)
+Robert Kowalski Hey, welcome! I wouldn't intentionally touch my coins or buy 2nd hand, as I'm in a fortunate position where i can get them cheaper new. But, if i was you, then yes, snap those bargains up. Silver is silver! Good luck with your first purchase.
+UKKSA Silver ... Would you please look at those photos : imgur.com/a/glARL - these are 1oz silver Philharmonic with strange brownish stains on them. It doesn't look even close to this popular milkwhite patine everybody knows. This one is copper-brownish and it looks like some kind of a peeling paint (though it doesn't peel, it only looks kind of ugly). Weight and measurements are correct as well as ping test. Would you buy those coins for 17$ a piece ?
Great video, always good to see UK folks collecting. Think you definitely have the right idea on moving into gold, even if it's just from a portability point of view.
Yes, I would!! LOL. Because then I could add so much more to it. Whatever silver is deemed to be "worth", is all a false narrative in my humble opinion. The cartel's house of cards WILL eventually collapse.....it is inevitable. Again.....my opinion.
hi, please can you tell me if you are still stacking silver in october, im looking to maybe start a tiny collection, and wonder if your holding off at the moment,is now a good time? thank you,
Hey, sorry I've only just seen your comment! I would hold off until summer 2017 to buy. I believe silver spot price will fall to $10. It'll be a great time to buy and probably the last time before it heads north and doesn't stop. But that's only my opinion, that's when I'll be all in and buying as much as i can.
wow man thanks for taking all your silver out and showing us,,that was a real treat to look at 4000 ounces of silver... that silver should provide you with a real nice nest egg...
Really nice. But everytime I see this big stack, I wonder how long will it take to sell it for good prices. Does anyone have practise of selling big ammount and can share?
+Roman Ustinovich When I sell, it will be a time that all the bulls come out, like the 2011 spike to 50. It that happens in 10-20 years, that's fine with me, but I don't worry about shifting it all.
Amazing stack! It makes mine look like child's play, but I never planned on having 4k ounces either! Just wow! I would take some of the advice in other comments and pick up more gold. I can't imagine lugging that stack around if something came up. Also, I would diversify into some bitcoin or similar. It's a gamble to hold all your wealth in one asset.
+Michael D Hi Micheal, thanks for commenting. Yes that my next plan, only gold. Iv'e relocated to somewhere tax free and with good wage so I'm able to save. I'm 30 so have a few years to aquire whatever asset I want. At the moment I'm stacking as I see as its the only thing not in a bubble. I have enough silver and once Iv'e reached my gold goal, I shall be saving into the next investment that appeals to me. Thanks for stopping by!
Impressive Stack, with silver now above US 31 dollars/oz I can only assume you’ve retired to an island in the South Pacific somewhere. That is a lot of value you have there.
I love the items in your video! Thank you for showing them to us. I love accumulating silver and I am getting ready for the day when my paper money is worthless. I rather have real assets I can hold in my hand. So I will accumulate a bit more every month. I have a few silver videos on my channel. Curious what your exit strategy is? Or is this wealth for the next generation?
Thank you! Yep i love it in my hand too. I will sell in 20% increments when I believe silver starts becoming a bubble, right now we are years away! No this is for me :)...the next generation can build up their own wealth...I will just simply pass on my knowledge and its up to them if they want to invest wisely or throw it all away.
I have been buying as well over time. I have paid from: 14. per oz to 35. per oz over the years. I kept buying. But, I often thought ......." How much is enough?" I am a stacker as well since 2009. But I am still 1000 oz. short of UKKSA Silver's stack! That's a lot of silver! Hang in there. I am still buying but with some reluctance as world events sway my choices. It's difficult to set aside all that propaganda out there. No? Thanks for a great video.
+Iguana Green (Michael Anenberg) Your on the same page as me, things arent getting better so I keep buying! Your not far behind ;-)...Iv'e stopping buying silver now. Its just gold for me now. Thanks for commenting and stopping by.
Nice! I am starting to catch up with you.3999 more to go. Lol
Me too,3990 left to go.LMAO

Illuminati Silver in 30 yrs it will be worth 2 bucks an ounce
UKKSA Silver are you still stacking?
WOW THATS NOT A STACK....THAT'S A LOCAL COIN SHOP LOL...

Haha...I am trying to retire early bro! ;-) Thank you for commenting!

Now THAT’S a stack to be proud of! I like the one with the gold bits in it.
Incredible stack! Thanks for sharing your stack and vision. Enjoyed the vid and the comments. Liked and subscribed.
+Michael Higens Many thanks for the kind comments Michael!
Holy Cow that's a whole lot of SILVER! Is your last name Gairsoppa? Or maybe Rothschild? LOL Dang that's your retirement fund? That stack would last me in retirement at least 2 months! LOL
No really, congratulations on putting together so much silver. I think it's important for all of us to see large stacks so that we may realize what our goals are.
Good Luck and God Bless!
Haha thanks SS! I didn't realise I had such a large stack for others to inspire to, but looking at the comments I have it. Thanks for commentating!
Really amazing and really really large collection. Good work!!
+Thor19761 Haha thank you!
How long did you take to collect this?
Thor19761 My first years stacking in 2012 was only about 200oz, and in 2013 it increased to 1000oz when spot was about $20. Then Iv'e been cost averaging down every month to the curent month. Wow! That is very impressive and looks so good out of the tubes like that! Nicely done, and it is cool to see how 50 of the 2 oz lunars come. I may have to pick up 50 of the goats now.
Absolutely stunning silver stack. Thank you for taking the time to put this together.
Thanks chaps!! I also liked the way 50 Lunars came SS, one of my favourite coins!

UKKSA Silver very nice bro ...
Great stack! Im new to stacking so great to see a big collection. I have liked and Subscribed. ... oh and great to see a fellow Brit!
+Silver Surfer Thanks SS! There arent that many of us Brits saving like this!
Theres not many brits saving at all at the moment, just a small hand-full.
Hey, great stuff mate, hope I can get to that level one day. You say the Britannias were capital gains tax and VAT free? Can I ask How? and from where?
Yes all government minted coins are CGT free in the UK. As for VAT free, search for VAT free silver in Germany.
amazing collection, I love the britannias, elephants, and all the Australian mints. I hope to get some soon!
Thanks! All great coins IMO.
Excellent retirement package! Awesome stuff!
+veritasfiles Haha thank you!

+CaNuK StAcKeR Many thanks! :-)
Awesome video, thanks! So what's the deal with CGT? Do you have to pay tax on the none Britannias on what you make when you sell them? Have you got it recorded what you bought each piece for?
Really? So wouldn't that include all coins if you were to sell them in small batches, under £30,000. Awesome, thanks
+Ryan Attard Thanks Ryan. I agree with swansea, I can not see CGT being a probelm but Iv'e covered that angle just in case it will be. Britannias CGT free, but will el taxmano ask for proof that you paid VAT on them to qualify for tax exemption?
thanks for sharing, I'm still sceptic about wether its worth pumping tons of money into, I think I'll just chuck a bit in here and there.
if its not too personal, have you made much money of your initial purchases?
Well done mate, great collection. I am quite envious!
Great collection some smart buying
Awesome looking stack! Nice variety! Thanks for making the video.

125kg of silver! That is impressive. Makes me wish I had started sooner and glad to know that others in the UK are stacking. When I talk to mates about silver they just don't get it.
+Gary Beelders There's not many of us...think the 20% VAT puts a lot of doing it. Like you say, people don't get it. Thanks for stopping by!
+Dennis Bloodnock I know what you mean!
Incredible stack!
Thanks Salivate!
+UKKSA Silver Awesome stack. Did you consider buying any of the Gods Of Olympus or Goddesses Of Olympus? They seem to sell very well.
I was thinking your stack wasn’t too thought out until I saw those Brittanias. That was absolutely insane!

Incredible stack, not my first time watching. Would love to see an update, are you still accumulating ? Have you sold any?
Thank you! I did get to 7500oz but then sold a third last year to fund a business start up. That business is flourishing so in hindsight was a great investment, but yes the stack does feel small now at a current 5000oz. I may do an update soon on what I have.

Awesome stack. I am nearing my person goal of 500 oz and I'm really pumped about it.
Its plenty of silver dollars sir beautiful and shiny dollars collection.
Wow I wish I had that!! serious impressive stack. well done.
Great video, always good to see UK folks collecting.
Think you definitely have the right idea on moving into gold, even if it's just from a portability point of view.
+Airgead Oir Thank you! Yes it'll be gold stacking from now on. Hope to get 10oz in the next 2 weeks, so I'll share it on youtube.
this is not a stack my friend. it's obviously a silver vault XD
Nice job! I wish I had started back in 2016...
SOOOOOOOOOOOO Jealous!!! What an amazing stack. Keep up the great work!!
+Gee Pee Would you be jealous if silver went to $5? ;-) ..........Thank you! :-)
Yes, I would!! LOL. Because then I could add so much more to it. Whatever silver is deemed to be "worth", is all a false narrative in my humble opinion. The cartel's house of cards WILL eventually collapse.....it is inevitable. Again.....my opinion.
***** And......I agree 100% with your valued opinion!! Keep stacking oz by oz!
Nice stack! I love the 2oz horse coins! I only have one though.
+ArgentPure Many thanks, Yes I have to agree with you on the 2oz Horse.
I had to restart the video, loving the assembly
Haha thank you!
How do you stor all of this? Safety deposit box, home safe, do you worry about things like theft?
Nah, I'd worry more if it was in the bank, especially at times like what we are seeing right now.
hi, please can you tell me if you are still stacking silver in october, im looking to maybe start a tiny collection, and wonder if your holding off at the moment,is now a good time? thank you,
Hey, sorry I've only just seen your comment! I would hold off until summer 2017 to buy. I believe silver spot price will fall to $10. It'll be a great time to buy and probably the last time before it heads north and doesn't stop. But that's only my opinion, that's when I'll be all in and buying as much as i can.
Really enjoyed looking at your stack!
Sliver Snake Thanks SS! Appreciate you stopping by!
wow man thanks for taking all your silver out and showing us,,that was a real treat to look at 4000 ounces of silver...
that silver should provide you with a real nice nest egg...
+ShOwStOpp3rr Haha no problem at all, thank you for stopping by! :-)
wow just amazing the view of everything ,
Good for you , take care.
Would love to know how it’s going!
Watching this video, 5 words come to mind..."Go big or go home". Nicely done!
Hahaha yup....I'm trying ;)
It's got to be rough buying silver in the UK and Europe with that VAT. Is there a reason you don't go for gold which is VAT free?
+The Arabic Student Nope, my silver is VAT free. And i do buy gold, but silver is where the value is at when metals become popular again.
+UKKSA Silver How do you get it VAT free living in the UK?
+The Arabic Student I don't want to disclose the company for free advertising. A simple google search will work.
Impressive Stack, with silver now above US 31 dollars/oz I can only assume you’ve retired to an island in the South Pacific somewhere. That is a lot of value you have there.
I only have 3974 coins to catch up with you. Great stack. And you bought them when they were a lot cheaper!!
Wowsers. Huge stack. Congrats.
Amazing Stack.
+Mark A Thank you.
Wonderful Silver and Gold.
Thank you! :)
I have been buying as well over time. I have paid from: 14. per oz to 35. per oz over the years. I kept buying. But,
I often thought ......." How much is enough?" I am a stacker as well since 2009.
