I'm fast behind you 212oz and counting. Going to be dropping more to get another 50oz.. my short-term goal this year is 500oz then 1000oz by the end of the next. XD 6k in oz would be amazing.

Glad you liked it :) My plan is to sell gradually after I retire in about 15-20 years. I will use the proceeds to help fund my retirement plans. I will of course sell some before that if the silver price spikes up very quickly and I think the price might come back down some. Just to lock in profit.

But as I said in the video I have only been stacking for 2.5 years. I started when silver dipped below $20. I think my first purchase was in the $18 range. All of my pickups are on RUclips, so you can go back to the very first one if you like to see. So no, I have no regrets picking up silver.
+Silver Slacker I think any purchase below 18 is a good purchase. So why so much silver and no gold? At some point, the volume becomes a pain. Are you keeping it forever as a hedge against collapse or do you have a exit point?

It is gr8 that you are talking about the selling part of silver is why you prefer bars over coins, because some potential buyers will not want to buy it because of a scratch or milk spot. I haven't started stacking, but you got me convinced that silver bars are the way to go.

BTW: Prospectors Gold and Gem will create any type of silver bar you want. I have the 8.88 (Chinese good luck numbers), so I asked them to create a 7.77 bar for my collection, which they did. They also created some 25 oz bars for me, a bunch of one-kilo bars, a 50 oz and 100 oz. I really like your Tombstone collection. Like I said before, VERY IMPRESSIVE! I wonder what you will be showing us a year from now--7,000 ops--10,000 ops??? Cheers again.

Have you found out how they darken the letterings on the stamped parts? Could it be acrylic paint? I think they sandblast the PG&Gs to get that satin finish, we do that at work on some metal pieces

Martin Blair if it goes to 80 an ounce he'd be looking respectably close to half a mill before taxes if he has to pay tax of course when selling.

But as I said in the video I have only been stacking for 2.5 years. I started when silver dipped below $20. I think my first purchase was in the $18 range. All of my pickups are on RUclips, so you can go back to the very first one if you like to see. So no, I have no regrets picking up silver.

It is gr8 that you are talking about the selling part of silver is why you prefer bars over coins, because some potential buyers will not want to buy it because of a scratch or milk spot. I haven't started stacking, but you got me convinced that silver bars are the way to go.

BTW: Prospectors Gold and Gem will create any type of silver bar you want. I have the 8.88 (Chinese good luck numbers), so I asked them to create a 7.77 bar for my collection, which they did. They also created some 25 oz bars for me, a bunch of one-kilo bars, a 50 oz and 100 oz. I really like your Tombstone collection. Like I said before, VERY IMPRESSIVE! I wonder what you will be showing us a year from now--7,000 ops--10,000 ops??? Cheers again.

Just started stacking silver and gold. Nice to see such an epic amount of precious metals.
Have you found out how they darken the letterings on the stamped parts? Could it be acrylic paint? I think they sandblast the PG&Gs to get that satin finish, we do that at work on some metal pieces

Silver Slacker Well, if it wasn't for you and a couple of other RUclipsrs, then I wouldn't have even started thinking about it! I would just be investing into a 401k through my work (which I still am, just not as much as I use to). I try to buy around 12 oz every two weeks (can't get that much since I'm still pretty young working a not low wage job, but a low paying one)
