WoW!!! Early EARLY in the AM and Spegs is bar hopping!!! Love it!!! Stay safe Spegs!!! Can SEE you're stacking it WAY up! Peace from the land of OZ!!! (ounces)
Love that toned JM!!! I’m surprised you didn’t pull out an Engelhard?! Very cool stack! Those Scottsdales are really cool! I wouldn’t put them in my wife’s garden. But now that you mention it. Using them for suspended railroad tracks around the top of a room would be cool. I’d like to set up a shop or a type of museum so I could just display everything.
Wow…that toned JM bar is a stunner! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I tend to agree with you on the Scottsdale stacker…the clean look and reverse is second to none. Thanks for sharing your collection with us and here’s to hoping you hit that 50k milestone soon 🍻
Thanks. I stick to ten oz max size for bars, but have many rolls silver eagles. I’m hearing eagles could circulate, and will be accepted for payment. Time will tell. Thanks for all you do for us. 👍💰
Way cool collection. I expect you've probably added a Germania Mint by now. I like the concept of the 100oz bar, but if I were dropping that much on PM in one shot, I would probably go with an ounce of gold and fractional gold. At this point, aside from a tube+1 of ASEs and some few 1oz silver coins each year, I'm going to put my efforts to getting a kilo bar and then focus on 10oz silver bars and some gold. The structure of my stack is such that I don't need to worry much about the "making change" aspect.
Just bought my second Kilo of silver: 1st.- Sunshine Mint Mercury bar for $885. 2nd.- 2024 Australian Lunar Dragon for $1,010. I'm thoroughly satisfied. Especially since both coin and bar is up drastically in price. I've got too many 10oz, 5oz., 1oz. Germainia, 9Fine, Silvertown, Englehard etc.. to name. I'm literally almost up to 1,000k ounces of silver since December of 2022. I'm on my way, brother, of reaching my goal of 2k oz's. Thanks so much for all you do and for all the encouragement. Mucho love to you and "coin Guy."
that's awesome!! 50 lbs of silver in 8 pieces. i have been on the fence about 100 oz bar but i think you've convinced me that its a must have, up until this point kilo bars have been my biggest bars. great job collecting those, beautiful! i am very confident that the JM bar is toned like that in direct relationship to that cardboard box, cardboard wicks moisture from just about anywhere, unless its very old which doesn't appear the case, its a gem either way, cheers
@@cowanthegreat8966 I've never bought from any of them and I've been stacking for 5 years. Buy from monument metals and hero bullion or jm bullion or sd bullion and ull never have to worry about anything being questionable
Humble little collection huh, 8 100oz is pretty amazing most of us stackers would love to have 8. I just recently hit the 3700 ounce mark and only 1 100oz bar in my stack. If I have 2300 to drop on metals im usually buying platinum but I think this inspired me to pick up a few more silver bricks .
Waiting for sub 19$ (any day now) to pickup a 100 oz sunshine mint bar version 2 with the security inscription, this is for my own piece of mind and also will be easier for me to verify that it is real when the time comes to sell. It Will be My first 100 oz bar. It will be a good day when it arrives 👍🏻😊
I prefer pressed bars over poured ones but someone who pours perfectly like the pour lines on the on the Nadir, man that long Scottsdale was amazing, I could be wrong but it seemed poured and machined? I would definitely play with that toy a LOT! That’s not for wealth storage, it’s for playing with! Thanks for sharing! I’d go for a 1oz. Rhodium Tuvalu South Sea Dragon first, but then maybe. Build a house of 100ozbars, it until that time I’m still working on my 10oz+ 1/4-1/2oz fractional gold monthly goal for now , but seeing that there is inspiration for me to throw in the odd extra roll of silver rounds or tenth of gold … the sound of that mass of silver clanking is just so satisfying ! I’m sure I’ll get at least one someday.
Love 100 toz bars, especially the Scottsdales and the J&M toned boxed bars, but all fine silver 1, grain, 1 kil, or 100 toz is all a welcome addition to my stack anytime. Thanks for Sharing!!!
💯 not there yet !!! But I will be. Baby steps , I haven't been in the game long but planned on being in fron now till the end of my time. Thx. For showing the big boys off to us.
Hundred ounce bars are something I've never gotten. A couple of decades ago my lcs was getting a regular supply of 10 ounce bars in, so I bought some. In fact I bought a bunch of bars ranging from 1-10 ounces. I just never bought anything bigger than that. Today I think I'd rather buy gold than buy a 100 ounce bar, if for no other reason than space. I love silver but when you have thousands of ounces it takes a lot of room, and my safe is only so big. I'm glad to see you have an awesome collection of them, though!
Awesome 100oz bar collection. Love the Wolverine bar. Only seen that once. I think you meant sequential serials and not matching serials :) Matching serials would be a big issue, lol! That toned up Pressed JM bar is amazing. I have a poured JM but have always wanted a pressed. That Long Scottsdale bar is insane hahaha!
The wolverine bar you showed, you were exactly right in how it is made it is squeezed out and cut in exact dimensions. The process is called extruding.
I have hundred oz bars too... I just don't keep em at home 😉 The reason that Wolverine bar reminds you of play dough is because that is basically what they are. They are giant extruded bars (like railroad rails) that are literally chopped with a guillotine. I personally like the stacker bars (Scottsdale /Apmex). Those kit kat bars are nice too!
Love your collection, its funny if we didnt know they were all the same weight and you told someone to place them in lightest to heaviest order it would be entertaining
My kilo Pamp bar has some nice pour lines as well.. Nice 100oz bar collection! Way to go man! Added some weight. That's big boy stacking right there! Lol
Nice! I'm new to the stack lifestyle I have 1 of those long bars it really is hard to explain how big it is until you hold it! Love the Scottsdale stackers and boxed bar super cool!
Great video, i love that wolverine bar, I totally forgot to call The Coin Guy when I saw that in those vides,, nice grab 👍. Yes, I decently love 100oz bars, I've happened to pick up a few myself over the years. Keep on Stackin, and thank you for sharing 🍷
I've asked 3 lcs in my area about the 100oz silver bars. They weren't all that interested. One said he just didn't have many people coming in looking for that size
Very nice! Love that toned JM bar 😍 Carpet made a great background too👍 I'd like to have a stack of Kilo bars. Right now my LCS price per ounce on kilos is about the same as 100 ouncers.
greetings from Boston. I like and have RCM bars. plus several others. yes I plan on bugging out in my truck. more than Metals to move. ( wife, dog ) Great video
I just got my 4th 100oz yesterday. All under 2.5k$, except the Scottsdale. Got Germania, Royal Canadian Mint, and the stackable Apmex. I really like the 100oz bars. Trying to get at least ten 100oz bars, one from each brand. My goal is 100 troy pounds of silver.
I also have four 1oz gold bars. Scottsdale, Royal Canadian Mint, Asahi, and Apmex. All under 2k$ each. And a cpl 1/10ths thrown in during the dip. All stacking started Aug. 10, 2023. 100oz silver and 1oz gold are my favorite.
I love the tone bar of silver it's a beautiful colors I don't mind having it, would you like to sell that bar. Enjoyed your show. Do you stack Morgan dollars or Peace dollars.
Bro that toned JM bar is super fire! But if I was gonna pick one it would be the Wolverine bar. Those are so limited. I bet you could get 3k for that right now.
Hey do LCS owners give better prices if you buy more? Like if certain silver rounds are $7 over spot, is it ok to ask for a better price if you buy a whole tube?
See Speg, I have ALWAYS appreciated your thoughts on stacking 100 oz bars Brother. You and I are on the same page about them being liquid. Now, if it were 100 of gold (wouldn't that be nice ha ha) or a 1000 oz silver bar, yeah, liquidating it could be a big issue. You're on a smart path My Man!
I also seem to follow your philosophy of stacking... Different types of silver for different reasons... Prepping: Smaller constitutional for small transactions, generic rounds for larger survival purchases.. Semi-numismatic coins or rounds that might be offered initially at a low premium, but could go up because of collectability, so we can sell later at a high premium... Last category would be lowest priced closest to bulk bars or rounds to possibly liquidate if needed and spot rises. ... I'm starting small, but that's the plan.
i love them but can be a big purchase like you said , 10oz bars are my go to most of the time but love it all the new 100oz RCM ones are really nice too
Nice bars but what gets me is when you buy 100oz bars you pay a low premium but when you sell you Get that low premium back. So you are at the mercy of the paper price.

i think for the 100 oz bars, the ingot style is the best. just a nice classy look.
Awesome collection. I like the poured bars, but I love the toning on that pressed JM bar! I’d pick that one.
🔥🦈🌊
Thanks. I stick to ten oz max size for bars, but have many rolls silver eagles. I’m hearing eagles could circulate, and will be accepted for payment. Time will tell. Thanks for all you do for us. 👍💰
Your toned JM bar is Amazing
Very cool. The kilo is the biggest that I have. Still undecided on picking up a 100oz bar. Thanks for sharing!!🤠
All I strack is 100oz bars. Love them
Wow!! Incredible stack of 100 oz bars my freind. 8 of them. So cool! Thanks for sharing sir!!
I just picked up a 1/4 ounce gold Britannia from Walmart (Apmex) online for $50 cheaper than SD Bullion, and all other online vendors.

💙Love the tone that Box gave.! … sweet stack..
That JM tone is a thing of beauty

The bigger question is where did you get that shag carpet?!? Simply shagadellic! 😜
It's ShagTacular
I read the other day, that 'Royal Canadian Mint' bars are some of the best, as far as quality, etc. I'm looking to pick up some of those soon.
Love the toner, but the old poured J.M is my favorite. My next on my wish list is a englehard.
Nice collection !👌👌👌👌
Scottsdale is the nicest modern bar and the old toned JM bar is what I remember as a kid in the mid 80's style bar.
Wow. Very nice. 2 Scottsdale stackers. Wait 3 Scottsdale , I’m impressed.
I also like a variety of 100 oz bricks! Best thing to stack as the silver prices go low. Always enjoy your videos Speg!
Just got my first 100oz bar. Its a JM bar and I luv it. You have a great collection.
I'm way too paranoid to buy large bars, would fear they're filled with lead. Already worry about one oz coins for the same reason.
I use the pocket pinger to check coins and 1 oz rounds
Seems to work really well
When u buy from reputable dealers u don't have to worry about stuff like that
@@silverking8742 I do. Silvergoldbull, Kitco, TD, and still get some questionable stuff.
@@cowanthegreat8966 I've never bought from any of them and I've been stacking for 5 years. Buy from monument metals and hero bullion or jm bullion or sd bullion and ull never have to worry about anything being questionable

Nice variety. My prettiest is a 100 oz RCM poured bar. Beautiful.
Beautiful collection and not in the least humble!! I only have one 100 ounce bar, but it's an Engelhard.
The old vintage bars can be had for the same price and hold an additional value in being more collectable on top of melt value.
Awesome 100oz bar collection. Love the Wolverine bar. Only seen that once. I think you meant sequential serials and not matching serials :) Matching serials would be a big issue, lol! Consider adding a left and right (swan facing ) Perth Mint 100 oz bars. They are no longer made but are available on the second hand market
Love your collection, its funny if we didnt know they were all the same weight and you told someone to place them in lightest to heaviest order it would be entertaining
Love them all but the Scottsdales are my favorites!
My kilo Pamp bar has some nice pour lines as well..
Nice 100oz bar collection!
Way to go man! Added some weight. That's big boy stacking right there! Lol
That 100oz wolverine bar does have a cool shape. Scottsdale does have cool bars, I have the 20oz kitcats.
That wolverine bar markings look very similar to the P series of engelhard 100s.
I have 7as. safe weights bolted and rugged. If I go they stay! 🐥❤️ There are several counries obviously. I'm toning one now with my anodizer.
nice I don't have any 100 ozt bars but i do have a 10 ouncer also going on monday to finish my gold challenge for august
That long Scottsdale bar is ridiculous. Amazing collection.

Keep on Stackin, and thank you for sharing 🍷
Love the tone of that Johnston mathey bar and the Scottsdale bars awesome too nice collection
Heavy precious metals ( large bars ) are for burying ( get them when needed. Coins are first to be used when the SHTF. My personal preference.
Nice. JM toned is cool.
Those are some nice pieces of silver. They look amazing man good job
I've asked 3 lcs in my area about the 100oz silver bars. They weren't all that interested. One said he just didn't have many people coming in looking for that size
I like the nesting bars and the JM bar with the aged patina look.
i love the chunky poured bars.
Your Wolverine bar is what's called an extruded bar.
Pretty neat seeing all those.
Always the cheapest way to buy silver. I like wrapped Valcambis, Enlgehards boxed and poured old JMs. 🐥
The long Scottsdale is my fave
Great video! Good points made which are also fairly done from different points of view.

Something I don't have and probably never will....I'm a constitutional collector but very nice, Speg!
2 more bars and you will have a full 1,000ozt in 100ozt bars which would be cool.
Why would they be matching serial numbers?
I love the Press Bar of the best I love toning
Magazine bar that presses bar is beautiful
Scottsdale Mint is a little more expensive, but still my favorite.

the new 100oz RCM ones are really nice too
I like the loafs. Nice stack.

Ooh I have one nadir just like that one
And and engelhard
And one germania ??
Nice bars but what gets me is when you buy 100oz bars you pay a low premium but when you sell you Get that low premium back. So you are at the mercy of the paper price.
The wolverine bar I would call it soap bar style.
