Thank you for this interview. Have you seen Bruegel's depictions of sailing vessels? They are very strange!

Very interesting work. I am a long-time Bruegel lover, and your videos are giving us some original and pretty rich perspective. Many thanks and keep up the good work ;)

Bruegel and Erasmus was an eye opener for me.
What would Mr. Roel Jacobs think about this?

Jurgen Muller fully confirms what Michael Gibson wrote and told me in his interview artkarel.com/pierre-bruegel/

Great series on Bruegel. Thanks. May I ask, for pure enjoyment of Bruegel's paintings reproduced on book, is this one, XL Taschen book, really the very best?

Hi MBS19702, thank you for your kind feedback. I'm happy you like the series about Bruegel. Concerning your question about paintings reproduced on book. I don't know if the XL Taschen book is the best. However it is the first time that I've seen such high resolution pictures of Bruegel in a book. That is because Taschen sent a photographer to all accessible collections in the world to make new pictures with the latest technology. There is also a google art project that where they scanned the paintings of Bruegel, maybe the following websites are something for you? blog.google/topics/google-europe/when-bruegel-met-google-immerse_81/ and artsandculture.google.com/project/bruegel-unseen-masterpieces Hope this helps. Kind regards. Bold Books and Bones
