Great timing on receiving God's Word today. Just buried My Mom 2 weeks ago. I got very little time to speak to her & tell her I love her. My selfish pride, anxiety, fear and deep hurt (because of our difficult relationship) kept me away from her for 2 years. 😭😭 She's really gone & now life is different. Divorce is a very real struggle and I am glad that we now have someone to represent us and lift us up because no one can preach about something that they have not been through so I praise God for Rev. Franklin. We need this word...we need truth in this area of struggle.

Coming from an evangelical background where my daddy was a preacher for 50 years and passed from covid I know the baton is in my hands and God will not disappoint--He will appoint me for the execution of His plans. Wow, dude. God has been taking me to places, after my husband left after 24 years. I always considered myself to be an honest person. Too honest. But then God showed me what I called truth, was really just hiding my trauma. You can be honest with yourself, until a point. Then you have to surrender to the one who really knows you. I'm so glad you explained this through scripture, and allowed God to use you in this way.

Long story I’m going through a divorce and wasn’t aware he did as well. So I’ve been listening to him since then. Not even 2 days later he shows up at my church at new seasons sacramento. Him and my pastor produced flaming hot Cheetos

Amen, was working on my computer and this sermon sent waves inside me. Lord thank you for my struggles. I have seen his favour, I have seen his grace. Lord I stand here as a testimony before you. This is mind blowing people. God does separate us in order to deal with us and to bless us beyond and above.
For several weeks now my loved ones and I kept saying that the struggle is real and that's been our catch phrase cause my parents water well broke down and we all pitched in to help uplift their burdens but through this process we realized what a blessing it is to have the privileges we have and we truly don't see that until it's gone, never take life for granted along with the people in it...

Divorce can be a blessing disguise cos it helps us to be released of an obstacle that might have been a life long hindrance. The day i began to become grateful for my freedom is the day i began to heal.
