I doubt it. Given how braindead and straightforward the writing in Honkai Star Rail is, she’ll most likely have that dragon from the beginning. Like most characters in the game, we never even see them in action nor use their signature abilities or weapons anywhere, yet its their trademark during combat. Like Tribbie, she literally shoot a nuke. Like Jiaqiou, he’s an incompetent non-combatant and a healer but he can summon flaming lava explosions with his ult. Most of their combat kits are non canonical to their lore and scenes.
Not to be rude but you are just plain wrong. We have literally seen in the trailers for amphoreus that dragon with her. Literally every single one that includes Castorice has the dragon. It would be one thing if we only saw it in gameplay leaks but the only time we haven’t seen the dragon is in the story, and it’s clear that rn the focus isn’t on Castorice. Not to mention she clearly hasn’t gotten her core flame
I was thinking her "other half" was more along the lines of a significant other, someone who made her feel "complete", that wound up dead and that she wants to bring back from Thanatos' grasp (specifically I was thinking of the skeletal dragon often seen alongside her in promotional material - perhaps once it wasn't so skeletal). Since Thanatos here seems to embody aspects of both the actual Thanatos and Hades, the later of whom in mythology was often approached by heroes and such to bring the deceased back to the land of the living, perhaps Castorice wants to do something similar.
@@ThatoneBirdIdk I don't remember it specifying from birth. I know the VIDEO said that, but I don't recall when in the game it said that. edit: because I'm an idiot who missed that she said it in the same cutscene she mentioned the missing half in the first place. :/
Castorice is literally just a better Seele inspired character than HSR Seele. She literally also has a dragon like Mei and is a Flame chaser with elf ears (and her relationship with Aglaea reminds me somewhat of Griseo and Aponia). And considering Seele’s stigma is from the previous era Herrscher of Death, and Castorice has death powers and will likely get the death core flame like how Seele became Herrscher of Rebirth (death technically but renamed). Poor HSR Seele, they powercrept you with a character inspired by your HI3 variant that also has aspects of multiple other loved characters.
ik jokes about this has been made but: buttefly themed, scythe user, is missing half of herself... n on another corner of the universe we have buttefly themed, scythe user, with a mysterious past who eyes change color for absolutely no reason. is there any chance that belobog seele is actually connected to castorice? like, we know m7 is somehow connected to amphoreus. would it be too crazy for some other "soul" or what not, to have been extracted from amphoreus n thrown into a diferent corner of the galaxy?
I’ve done a lot of Greek research in the past and I do not think the other half is life but sleep. Thanatos was said to not necessarily have a second half but a brother that worked in hand with him. Hypnos the god of sleep. It’s EXTREMELY ironic that March is stuck in a deep sleep in 6 phase ice.

Only thinking this way because rather than the other half of her being a contradictory aspect of life, instead it’s complementary so I was thinking Hypnos/sleep
I mean we still don't know why Seele has powers and she's also themed with butterflies. She literally disappeared among the sea of Butterflies, an Illusion of the Past of Amphoreus.
Molly new Seele is never coming back so decided to go into the idol industry as Astra Yao in ZZZ 🤣. Jokes aside, I think the other half is pretty obvious her dragon. Maybe the dragon helps stabilise her death powers which would allow her come intact with others without killing them.

My theory is that she doesnt have the dragon yet and in 3.2 she finds her 2nd half and its the dragon, connected cery deeply to Thanatos (Death Titan)
That's pretty straightforward, given we never saw it, contrary to mem or garmentmaker. What is her dragon tho isn't clear
