I would really love to have a Fate game like HSR , turn base with good 3d . like Grand Order 2 and not the Arcade Version . I really want to walk in Fuyuki City or Chaldea . I personally view the black tide as it could be all of the Evil of humanity like what corrupt Angra Mainyu or the grail . I also see Amphoreus more akin to Fate/Extra moon . Eliminating Black Tide wise , I doubt Artoria or Emiya Archer could do that ....... Would probably need the power of King of Hero .

the collab is most likely an alternative timeline where it became a singularity. My guess is the holy grail merged with a stellaron which caused the singularity and altered the timeline of UBW. Which is pretty bad considering the holy grail is already corrupted by angra mainyu and would explain why that planet is destroyed in the trailer. it would make sense to have FGO x hsr cause HSR is already similar to fgo. But who knows, hoyo team loves fate so it would be cool that they collab more with type moon projects, especially if hoyo makes it canon to their own verse.

You could say, it's normal for the people in hsr to travel from world to world compared to its counterpart universe. The reason hi3 universe is not reached by akivili is because the herrscher of the end blocked the hi3 verse, the same is happening to teyvat. The unknown God probably blocked teyvat too
Answering the last question, technically the 3 games are canonically connected (HSR has a character, Welt, and several EXPY from HI3, Genshin has some EXPY from HI3 and HI3 has already had a collab and mention in the story of both games). The initial idea, at the launch of Genshin, was that all the games were part of the Honkaiverse, there is even a presentation by one of the directors of Hoyo talking about it and it is possible to see this with the amount of EXPY from HI3 existing in Genshin until the end of Inazuma. However, I don't know what happened internally at Hoyo, but after Inazuma Genshin seems to operate completely separately and hardly anything from the other games can have any relation or impact on the game's universe. So despite being canonically connected in the past, today it is easier to say that HI3 and HSR have a deep connection of characters and lore, while Genshin's connection is more left to just easter eggs. Just look at Shaoji, who is responsible for writing the Honkaiverse story as a whole never had any involvement in Genshin's story.

You have it backward. Hoyoverse cosmology uses an Imaginary Tree model, and each of the tree branch resemble different timeline (different universe). Basically, each of Hoyoverse game is different branch in that Tree. There is branch for HI3 universe, another branch for HSR universe, and another branch for Genshin universe. It is normal if some characters in a branch share similarity (such as face, personality, etc) with the character in other branch, afterall they're just a different version in different universe. Like Mei in HI3 and Mei in HSR, and Mei in Genshin, they're different versions of Mei in each world. One shouldn't be able to make contact with their variants in different universe unless they have power to jump between multiverse.
