I'll be honest, the most interesting part was when we were exploring Trailblazer's memories. Not only is this the first time in a long time that he's been treated as a legitimate character and not a self-insert or a walking meme, but it's also the first time since the Luofu that the larger HSR story has had any mention or progression
1.x - where we start our journey + "chinese" counterpart region that we end up returning to multiple times 2.x - leader turns out to be the problem, reforms 3.x - a world/nation stuck in a loop what's gonna happen in 4.x? people will all die because of a prophecy? the nation leader need to sacrifice themself? iykyk lmao
even tho it's a slightly diff feather they're DEFINITELY connected one way or another! Honkai and Genshin come very close to crossing paths and it's definitely intentional! 😍
There's something else about the remembrance trailblazer. The splash art is incredibly reminiscent of the promotional art from back during Inazuma with Ayaka and Yoimiya. Am I the only one seeing that connection?
Wait march is being reffered to as mother. That changes everything. In greek mythology, there are a few famous mothers, i can only think of demeter, gaia and chaos
I personally believe that the 3rd Aeon is Terminus the Finality, I mean come on with all the time loops and the time shenanigans with Oronyx.... And the fact that a memory and time travel is somewhat synonymous in Amphoreus..
Here is my theory on fate collab. Since we are getting story quest each version till 3.7. fate Collab has to happen in these 7 versions, so the way they connect is that amphoreus has a type of holy grail and that area where there are the core flames in the sky is where a way to akasya lies. That's why archer from collab trailer called us master. I could have put this better but english isn't my first language
great video more hsr please and i liked that you appeaared om the video its always good to have a face to refeer to the narrative liked and sub keep it up!
I've read every little line of dialogue, and yet, I haven't understood the story as well as with you explaining it... Honestly, it's a relief that you always do these types of videos, helps me get engaged in the story more than the story itself with me playing it 😅
The theory that Amphoreus is in a loop isn't actually that far fetched since the Honkai Impact 3rd counterpart of it IS actually a simulation. If I recall correctly, only 3 of the 13 flame-chasers were actually alive AND the actual world of Honkai Impact was actively in a loop that will repeat if the humans lose against the Honkai. The flame-chasers there were also heroes that survived from the past-era before each samsara. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, haven't played HI3 in a while, I'm basing it off of my memory) Also, isn't it crazy that I felt like we've went full circle to Jarilo VI with how the trailblazer is like another variable to a previous calculation. One more thing, during the interrogation, I was actually shaking and wondering if them getting killed was like a different ending. Was lowkey expecting the trailblazer's stellaron to do something especially since that was one of Aglaea's questions.
That's so true. Samsara is heccing hard to grasp when each possibility failed it's solution, just like in GZZ where Kiana had manifested into the Herscher of the End due to the events of that game, resetting the world anew after all of humanity was destroyed. For honkai impact 3rd, the previous era where the flame chasers tried their best to win couldn't win at all, this might be due to a factor that maybe their civilization had gone too advanced OR something I have forgotten 😭. As for the current era, it hasn't been resetted as of late. From the trailer of Amphopho, I already guessed that maybe we might be able to reverse the outcome of their apocalypse, as to how, we don't know that yet 🤔
@@CyanWithGlasses I read a theory somewhere that it could be the History Fictionologists, the followers of the Enigmata. Their whole shtick is to basically prove Nous, the Aeon of Erudition wrong- that not all is set in stone. If the past is what shapes the future then they implant something or make a hole in the past for a variable to take place. I believe the Enigmata could be the Aeon that presides over Amphoreus.
the part that made me go WHAT the most was when trailblazer was with kafka and blade and that gang (i forgor name) because i couldnt make out if it was a past memory or a DIFFFERENT PARLLEL UNIVERSE??? because it rlly looked like it because of the train still being there... it looks like himeko and welt and co were replaced by kafka gang in this universe... what do yall think
a past memory would be crazy tooo?? i wonder what past caelus backstory is and stuff? how he joined them and how his memorys got erased?? (it was probably the stellaron but maybe smth else) ALSO WHAT THE EFF IS THE MEM I NEED MORE BACJSTORY TO THIS THING
Fingers crossed... ...that Amphoreus is not a total reskin of Elysian Realm ...that Amphoreus is not gonna be Elysian Realm 2.0 ...that the very individuality of the Chrysos Heirs - from their personality to their names - will be consistently remembered, acknowledged, and uttered. ...that majority - hopefully all, really - be hyped and excited for the actual Chrysos Heirs and how their story will unfold and conclude. Like, enough with them being questionably treated and branded as mere 'do-overs' of HI3rd's Flame-Chasers. Now, the million-dollar question is how Amphoreus will go differently from its 'spiritual predecessor', Elysian Realm? My take is that like what is destined with what Fuli collected, Amphoreus will be truly reborn. The corresponding caveat though is that its rebirth will severely push the universe toward its inevitable, prophesized end, and Nanook already shoulders this cosmically terrifying means. So, really, double the trouble.
RUclips is apparently fueled by the Path of Disharmony, because despite me clearly subscribing to you so long ago, this is the SECOND time I had to re-subscribe to you because RUclips keeps unsubscribing me from so many Channels.
Castorice reads to me as Veliona, or Dark Seele from HI3rd, which is somewhat weird given she had nothing to with the Flame Chasers, but Seele has the butterfly motif, and Veliona is basically the manifestation of the Stigmata of Death which Seele bore. I think it would be weird if there was a third version of Seele out there, but there are already 2 versions of Bronya so it wouldn't be that unusual for the Honkaiverse. Of course Castorice might just be coincidentally using the same motif as Veliona (tho Veliona was Red, and Hoyoverse doesn't do coincidences), and butterflies are just often either the souls of the dead or guides to the afterlife (or both) in mythology. Anyways, I love Seele and Bronya, so I am just really curious whats up with Castorice.
I think Amphoreus is a group project started by Fuli (Remembrance), Nous (Erudition), and Enigmata (Mythus). A project to understand how mortals or ideas ascend to divinity. Amphoreus is already destroyed so the three aeons decided to create a simulation of the events that occurred. The simulated history of Amphoreus is now in an endless loop in order to see different outcomes, possibilities, and results. In other words, Amphoreus is an Aeon experiment. The Trailblazers of the Astral Express are likely drawn into the experiment to observe what outcomes arise when heroic outsiders intervene to support the native heroes of Amphoreus. In Ancient Greek mythology, there are five ages of mankind: the Golden Age, the Silver Age, the Bronze Age, the Age of Heroes, and the Iron Age. The current storyline is likely set at the end of the Age of Heroes, transitioning into the dawn of the Iron Age.
@ I think it would be hilarious to see Herta and Black Swan work together. The Memokeepers and the Genius Society absolutely despise each other, so the clash of their personalities and philosophies would be priceless.
There's something I'm curious about. Are all Amphoreans long-life humans or just the demigods? Because they talk about Caenis being a Chrysos Heir killer during the Chrysos Wars, so does that mean that the wars were like super recent, like 30 years ago? King Eurypon was killed by Mydei soo how recent was this? It felt like this happened like a century ago is the city has already fallen in such ruin since Mydei left. It just feels like all these wars that these citizens lived through happened so long ago but they're still alive to tell the tale.
Can someone explain the express fuel thing to me? I thought they only had enough for 2 more warps at the end of penacony so how did they warp from penacony to xianzhou for the wardance then back to penacony for the whole paperfold university arc then to Amphoreus? Isn't that counting as 3 warps already? Also didn't Welt and Sunday just warp again to Herta space station at the end of 3.0 to get help from Herta?
Time line trablizee continues quest have time line they just reales after but in the time line they didn’t go to pancony yet you should use the tree in the game that help understand the time line of quest

Wouldn't if be insane if there was a connection between March 7th and Cyrine that explains why Amphoreus seemed to have weakened March?
Malamang
Honestly this update reignited my interest for the game, I might have took a week to get through the msq but it was a blast
Great recap! I'll watch this again right before 3.1 drops so it's fresh in my mind. :3 Thank you.

Yes!!!! And the Queen of simulations herself being involved in the Amphoreus arc is definitely no coincidence!!!

This probably doesn't matter, but you look stunning as usual queen ❤
Be fun if castorice was another half of Thanatos
at 10:49 the subtitles say connection to something Genshin Impact. what was she going to to say?

Black tide? seems like my Savior IX being busy again.
One of my biggest questions is what would The Erudition have to do with Amphoreus
I'm confused, I never got the part of Herta catching the mirror maiden? I only got directly to her attempt to contact Nous.
Can someone explain the express fuel thing to me? Remember those space beacon we use to teleport. I think TB can use them to teleport in lore. I can be wrong

It would be funny if Phainon becomes the Destruction Aeon Nanook ehe
That would be WILLLLLDDDDD
Hiii
Genshin Impact vibes from Amphoreus anyone?????
I want "Remembrance" powers so we get a past/present Khaenri'ah mechanic kind of like Enka's Evernight
First thing I said when we landed was "this looks like Teyvat"
@@NeloMesetadon’t even get me started on the black tide. Unknown God cubes anyone????
