    The only thing I see that could potentially be a problem is there is not a breather on the vibration mechanism. Heat can build up and cause the seals to blow out from pressure building up. Awesome build though!

      Thank you 😁 There is a vent, it was very difficult to show it. The hole I drilled to attach the wheel is very deep, I drilled a hole in the middle of the shaft I then drilled another hole next to the pulley keyway :)

    Great job as always-and I don't recall being disappointed with the outcome of one of your builds. The "built-in dolly" function is really practical-especially when it's hot and it has to be moved a fair distance. God bless. 👍 Btw; *slightly* wetting down soil that's dry [like yours], will help give a better result.

    • @WorkshopFromScratch
      @WorkshopFromScratch  4 месяца назад

      Dziękuję 😁 Jest zrobiony, wał jest dość głęboko wywiercony w miejscu gdzie przykręcam koło pasowe, po środku wału jest nawiercona dziurka a druga dziurka jest przy klinie koła pasowego, ciężko było to pokazać na nagraniu aby było to zrozumiałe, więc stwierdziłem że jak ktoś o to zapyta to wytłumaczę w komentarzu😀 jesteś pierwszym który zapytał 😁

    • @WorkshopFromScratch
      @WorkshopFromScratch  4 месяца назад +2

      Failures also happen and this applies to the vehicle that is trying to finish it for the third time, but it doesn't give up 😁 The machine was created spontaneously, I wasn't sure if the mechanism would cope, to make this machine I used old sheet metal, leftover pipes and rods, even the engine has for several years now. Fortunately, everything works and the vibrating mechanism turned out to be a bit too strong because the machine moves too fast and we have to brake it 😂

    • @dennisobrien3618
      @dennisobrien3618 4 месяца назад

      @@WorkshopFromScratchit seems like you could make different weights for the vibrating assembly to customize it until it's how you want it, especially since you made the weight removable and not just welded onto the shaft (if it's even worth that much trouble, depending on how much you'll use it). Great build!

      Cześć. Dobrze że zwróciłeś uwagę że zbudowałem to na potrzebę kanału bo tak naprawdę pracuje nad większym projektem pojazdu który nie jest trudny ale ciągle popełniam jakieś błędy, ale to nie znaczy że nie liczę złotówek i zrobiłem to bez jakichkolwiek starań. Do tego projektu kupiłem poduszki antywibracyjne dwa łożyska sprzęgło odśrodkowe i to wszystko, a pozostały materiał i części co użyłem to ścinki z blach, wałków, rur, profil który już był wrośnięty w ziemię😅 silnik też już swoje lata ma, tylko dekiel mu pomalowałem bo był różowy od słońca i olej wymieniłem. Maszyna działa świetnie mimo że przesadziłem trochę z przeciwagą i trochę za szybko jedzie nawet pod górkę, ale działa tak samo jak ta wypożyczalni. Nigdy nie pracowałem i nie widziałem takiej maszyny na żywo z allegro po niżej 2000zł ale ludzie widać że są zadowoleni co można wyczytać z opini:)
