Homemade Hydraulic Dump Truck 500cc

  • Опубликовано: 24 окт 2023
  • I used parts from a lawn mower tractor to build the dumper, such as a hydraulic gearbox and a 500cc engine with a power of 17hp.
I also installed simple power hydraulics, which can be expanded at any time.
The vehicle works great, makes work very easy, Can easily transport a load weighing 300 - 400 kg.

I may be way off but that rear end resembles those on riding mowers like the Murray rear or mid engine riders. If that's what this one is that will be where this machine fails providing its built well and designed well. The drives I'm referring to are famous for cracking and breaking if put under a heavy strain or when they get hot and start slipping.

This customized truck combines power and functionality, embodying a hands-on approach to engineering. With a 500cc engine, it's a compact powerhouse designed for efficient and versatile hauling, demonstrating the DIY spirit in the world of hydraulic dump trucks.

You can always spot the man that has tools and enjoys using them. Include a little knowledge and a lot of fussy and you end up with a lot of homebuilt better than factory bought stuff that suits a person's needs to the T. Another pretty good clue to that character was that vice, very swank. I always enjoy watching other people that know their way around the shop. Awesome build.

Nicely made. A few things need to be added.
    1. volt meter
    2. Temp meter for engine and hydraulic system.
    3. Lights
    4. A tow hitch.
These suggestions do not mean I think you did a bad job. These ideas are here to take the machine to the next level.
Thanks for sharing, Bob from Virginia USA

Hi there. I am glad that i came across your channel. This was definitely something worth watching and i have subscribed as well. Cant wait to see what ekse you yave made. I also noticed you have made your bench vice into hydraulic....i like the idea. Something that i would like to see work in that fashion is a bench drill. I find it akward to hold the item with one hand and turn each handle bar and it takes forever to get to the bottom. With a hydraulic concept you can hold the item securely with both hands and operate by foot switch. Hope you get what i mean
