Homemade Chain digging excavator 15hp
The parts I used to make the excavator are a 420cc cm3 engine with a power of 15 HP, a two-section hydraulic pump of 22 cm3 and 8 cm3, and two hydraulic motors. I used an oil flow regulator to set the speed of the excavator's drive and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder, thanks to which I can smoothly regulate the driving speed and the speed of lowering the arm while digging in the ground. The maximum digging depth is 105 cm/41 inch.
There are still a few things to improve, but the excavator works very well.

Homemade 250cc Trike: Asphalt & Off-Road Drifting Fun
Просмотров 223 тыс.2 месяца назад
I decided to build a vehicle that you can have great fun on. The parts I used come from quad atvs and motorcycles. The engine has a capacity of 250cc and has 4 gears and a reverse gear, a more powerful engine would be useful, but this engine is sufficient for this kind of fun. The front suspension and wheel come from a motorcycle.
I Built a Hydraulic Log Splitter with a 200cc engine
Просмотров 164 тыс.3 месяца назад
Splitting wood is quite hard work, especially when it is hard and dry wood, so I decided to simplify and speed up the work by building a wood splitter. The machine has a lot of power and several amenities that make work much easier and a lot of fun. The hydraulic power supply that powers the splitter it is mobile, can be used to power other machines.
Homemade RC Hybrid Lawn Mower FPV

I used an old lawn mower with an electric starter and battery charging. Although charging is inefficient, it significantly extends the operating time. Parts I used: Controller RC Electric engine -amzn.to/4aME1oi Controller RC electric lift - amzn.to/44ebZ2x Remote Transmitter - amzn.to/3Wb9EU4 Gear Reduction Brushed Electric Motor - amzn.to/4bafXLR Electric Linear Actuator DC 12V - amzn.to/3xI0Fj6

To build an electric crane, I used a 12v electric winch with a capacity of 3000LBS/1360kg. I used three 12V 18AH AGM batteries to power the crane. Start supporting this channel and you will get these bonuses: ruclips.net/channel/UCOyyDcU6fp6xfon9hY_YXxwjoin
Making Electromagnetic Track for cutting steel
Просмотров 14 тыс.9 месяцев назад
I used rods and linear bearings to make the track, to ensure that the entire machine holds the cut steel firmly, I used electromagnetic door locks. To power the lead screw, I used an old cordless drill that had a broken switch and I didn't have a battery for it. A longer and more detailed version of the video here - ruclips.net/video/TnZ_LL7uokk/видео.html To make the vice, I used a hydraulic cylinder with a built-in spring with a maximum force of 8T. I used a hydraulic pump powered by compressed air to drive the actuator. This is my second channel @WorkshopFromScratch
Homemade Hydraulic Dump Truck 500cc
Просмотров 1,6 млн10 месяцев назад
I used parts from a lawn mower tractor to build the dumper, such as a hydraulic gearbox and a 500cc engine with a power of 17hp. I also installed simple power hydraulics, which can be expanded at any time. The vehicle works great, makes work very easy, Can easily transport a load weighing 300 - 400 kg. This explains why these types of splitters cost what they do. The time and materials that go into them. It was dissapointing that the cycle time was so slow., on par with box store glacier splitters. But truly a great job. Not a rushed video. I'm confussed as to why the seperate power unit.

i'm sorry i just now found this vid. this was a fairly common option for steel wheels on muscle cars, done right in the s side of east ridge tn, a border to chattanooga, back in the late 70's. hell i just heard from a junkyard/word of mouth, and got my back wheels widened from factory to i dunno +2" to run what, G60's instead of f's? on my ole 69 lemans w gto hood lol. and i'm talking like a small blockhouse type place like you'd go to get a $6 rebuilt battery back then. they ran perfectly fine, no tube, no heavy balancing weights needed, ground down, welded like a paid welder would do. i probably paid $60 for the 2 which was something when you put your car together with spare parts and junkyard donors. just sayin

Thats a lot of work & expense to go to for wider rims. Wouldnt you rather be riding upon USDOT approved rims? KNOW THIS>>> If you get into an accident riding on these home made rims and the other driver discovered you are driving on homemade rims a lawsuit will result-regardless who is at fault. Lawyers just love to try cases where homemade parts are involved-even if that part did not cause or was involved in the accident, you will be writing a humongous check. !

    1) sure I have all those tools in my shop, but can’t afford a $100 rim. 2) probably cost more than a pair rims to build the jig. 3) It’s probibly sound, but I would not want the liability if it failed.
