Absolutely. The drugs and shenanigans were what the press focused on, and distracted from the music. Almost suggesting they shouldn't be taken seriously as musicians. Even the Mondays eventually took themselves seriously. I think a lot of people couldn't get passed Shauns singing. They would have been even more successful with a trained singer, but that's just one reason we love them. His lyrics and delivery. WFL, I think is one of the greatest tracks in music. With the Bailey brothers video perfectly capturing the moment in a timeless piece of work.

I think the reason why this was not a hit when released is it was the 2nd single behind a poor first single off a very average album (one which sunk Factory records).
