Paul, I recently felt a very strong desire from my soul to purchase a very expensive acoustic guitar; I could see, hear, and feel the subtleties in the quality of the sound. Is it possible that someone's soul may want them to go on a journey building a relationship with a certain instrument due to the sound waves of said instrument and its potential effects on the body? I feel like the sound waves of various instruments have an almost supernatural effect on us. Almost as if it can 're-embody' parts of the soul that have been lost.
I ended up purchasing this guitar, financing it. And since playing it every day, I have felt a lot of anger rising up in me. I sometimes become aware of a tightness in my heart area, right in the middle of my chest.

Your soul may be guiding you to engage "your own sound-healing" and once you have completed that task, you will be ready to do the same for others. Just "witness" what is rising as you do your healing work, stay detached, and be honest with "yourself" about how you can heal, do the work, and create more freedom and light with and for yourself and share it with others.

Hi Paul, most nights I get sciatica at night and I don’t sleep well. Would it be better to take a bar job so I get more sleep at the expense of my circadian rhythm (2-3am bedtime) or keep running on 5 hours sleep a night but get to bed early and wake up early? Thanks

      HI,
The best thing to do is listen to your body and give it what it needs before you find yourself grounded and having a potentially long dialogue with the PainTeacher. We always need to consider the long-term consequences of how we make money vs. the actual cost of making money, and if the cost is your health, then the net gain can be worse than zero, leaving you with a negative balance as is so often the case....
I would also suggest you find someone with the skill to do a proper assessment on you and find out what is causing the sciatic pain, which could be many things; have a look at any of my videos on the "Chek Totem Pole" on my channel here.
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek

@@PaulChekLive thanks Paul, is their any chek practitioners in the UK that may be able to help as I’m finding it hard to get a real diagnosis. I’ve broken bones, played rugby at a good level and had boxing matches I’m tolerant to pain but sometimes the pain I’m in can be intolerable it is worrying because I’m only 25 and I love nothing more than being active. Thanks for your response Paul I hope you and your family are well!
