    I've listened to UK 999 service and noticed that they keep talking to children asking questions to keep them from.being afraid and encourage them
    so much different (better) then The United States

      Obviously the uk is a European country Europe has always been better than the United States

    Some of these 999 people need to (after listening to several) be aware of child language and concepts, maybe you should do some child development and language comprehension for children under 7.

      I agree! How you talk to a 3 year old is very different to how you talk to an adult! I think it's tough for the call handlers because they read from a script but it's confusing for little ones to be bombarded with questions they can't answer/already answered.
