    It is time people really looked at the bizarre bazaar that is Walthamstow Market. Fascinating boulevard of stories for sure. Perhaps, it is still the LONGEST market in Europe at this time?? Great doc, Dominic Stinton!

    Happy memories folks, spent 6 years there, lived in the Essex pub, one of the Geordie lads, Clancy Dwocra, water pipes, 2000-2006, knew all the pubs hahaha, moved over the leytonstone for 6 years.howay the lads. Merry Xmas to you all best regards from County Durham.

    My father in the video, you see him 09:09
    feeding the pigeon, followed by sign, don't feed the pigeon .😂
    Sady pass away 2017
    He had a shop cafe at 201 high St scene 1970 which was opposite Halifax bank.
    Sadly the building was Demolished.
    To make way for. New flats and shop .
    I do Recognise a few of the traders .
    Who are Retired or sadly passed away.
    I remember Park in the Walthamstow centre
    And Mini golf course.
    Next to it
    1970s to 1990s
    So much has changed the Especially the culture
    To days Where a Street carnival once a year will go down the Walthamstow market.
    On a Saturday.
    And cart boys which collected stalls and also Brought them out. Started 02:00 morning
    The Nosie was unbelievable towing up to 20 or 30 stalls at a time ..
    It be a A pleasure watching the video.

    My mum used to drag me down the market 45 years ago....I hated it....I love it now though....it has changed a lot in the last 20 years ....I like it...

    Things change so fast. I was 17 years old then. BHS was good for Christmas gifts and homeware! ….The man said Levi’s 10 quid 😂
