What wrong with England….it seems so far behind the rest of the world…in Australia our local councils do not allow dogs to run or roam free in the street, parks etc because all the councils have strict regulations that dogs must be on a leash and the walkers must carry bags to pick up their dog droppings and dispose of them properly…we also have dedicated dog parks run by councils for people to let their dogs run around off their leash….as for child care we also have the Australian government who pay child care allowance and subsidies child care centres for parents who want to go back to work
My Mum worked for Barclays and they had a crèche there and that’s where I went while my Mum worked. Why can’t businesses have crèche’s at their business.

I'm from Vancouver in Canada. We also have off leash parks where dogs can run and play. These off leash areas can be found even in busy and crowded urban areas. Come on England l. People should have the right to feel secure and safe, therefore, dogs on leash except in off leash areas.

In Canada they have special parks for you to let your dog off the leash. Maybe they could do it in England.
