As a Non-residential Bihari, I feel sad about this difficult reality. Whatever was discussed in this Vaad is 100% true. Wish atleast a section in this discussion would have been dedicated for "way forward" or "possible solutions". Also, no discussion around Jan Suraaj as a hope, which should have been discussed.
Wish more such Vaad happens around Bihar as Bihar constitutes 10% population of India and India cant become developed leaving its 10% people behind.

Recently visited Darbhanga. Such beautiful buildings of Raja of Darbhanga in absolute ruins. If this was Rajasthan it would have become big tourist attraction. Now all precious buildings one of its kind ruined.

इस साल मेरे बिहार गये 20 साल हो जाऐंगे, पहले नाना, फिर नानी, दादा, दादी सब समय के साथ स्वर्गसीधारे, उनके अलवा कोई नहीं था मेरा वहाँ सब दिल्ली आ बसे, अब सिर्फ मम्मी पापा खेती के सीजन में गाँव जाते हैं,मेरे दोनों बच्चों का भी वहाँ कोई नहीं, ससुराल युपी में है लेकिन वो भी दिल्ली ही रहते हैं, एक मौसी हैं गाँव में जिनका कोई नहीं, वो कहती हैं कि एक बार जा कर सपरिवार मिल लूं लेकिन 9 टु 6 जाब, और 24x7 अवेलेबलीटी की बाध्यता नें सारी स्वतंत्रता छीन ली। मन में वर्षों का इतना आवेग भरा है कि समय मिल भी जाए तो हिम्मत नहीं होती उस गाँव, उस ननीहाल जाने का, कैसे देख पाउंगा वो गाँव घर बिना दादा दादी, नाना नानी के अभी कम से कम मन में वो भ्रम सा लगा रहता है कि हां वो अभी भी गाँव में बैठे मेरा गर्मी की छुट्टीयों में लौटने का ईंतजार कर रहे होंगे इसे मै नहीं टुटने देना चाहता, भले ही किसी को यह अति भावनात्मक लगे हो सकता है किसी का गाँव, खेत, घर छुटा हो मेरा तो वहाँ बचपन ही छुट गया। कोई इतना अभागा होगा जो अंतिम समय में इनमें से किसी के पास नहीं था ये पाप है जो पुरे बिहार में हर बच्चे के साथ हुआ है, पितृऋण चुकाने से वंचित किया गया, उनकी अंतिम समय में पांव तक न दबा सके, कोई सेवा नहीं कर सके, मैने क्या बिगाड़ा था, दिल्ली जब आया तो जाती पाती राजनीति कुछ नहीं जानता था लेकिन दंश इसी का झेल रहा हूँ, मेरा जिला गन्ने के उत्पादन के लिए मशहूर था दो दो चीनी मिलें थी, लेकिन वो बंद हो गईं, कमाई के लिए पापा को पढाई बीच में ही छोड़ कर दिल्ली कमानें आना पड़ा , नया शहर न घर न सुविधा गाँव के बाबू साहब कहे जाने वाले को भी यहाँ जीरो से शुरूआत करनीं पड़ी मेरे गाँव के हर जाति के हर घर के संघर्ष की यही कहानी है, राजनेता यही जातीय समानता तो लाये, सब बिहारी के नाम से जाने जाने लगे और बिहारी शब्द गाली के रूप में, अब जो थोड़ी बहुत इस शब्द को थोड़ा बहुत मान मिलता है तो वो उसी संघर्ष से उपलब्धियां पाने वालों की व्यक्तिगत कमाई है इसमें किसी व्यवस्था या राजनीतिक दल का कोई सकारात्मक योगदान नहीं, हाँ नकारात्मक व्यवधान जरूर है।

आदर्श भाई आपके सारे points बिलकुल सही है । हम सभी बिहार वासी जो अभी बाहर successful हुए हैं , उन्हें वापस आना होगा तभी आज से १० साल बाद कुछ अच्छा हो सकता है , नहीं तो आप १० साल के बाद same Interview दीजियेगा और same point आपको बताना होगा । इसलिए सभी बिहार वासियों से अनुरोध है की वहाँ के startup और स्मॉल industries को सपोर्ट करे जो बाहर के राज्य या देश में रहते हैं और अपने क्षेत्र में अच्छा कर रहे हैं ।
बिहार में 20 साल तक फौजी शासन लगा दो, और लोगों का मताधिकार छिन लो. फिर देखना, बिहार सबसे सुरक्षित और उन्नत राज्य बन जाएगा.

B P Mandal was not just the first OBC but also the first yadav CM of any state of india. Fun fact about him he was not from normal background but the son of last Zammindar/king of his region/Estate. In East bihar yadav's used to had Mandal surname and also BP Mandal is the same person who gave us OBC reservation but no one knows him now and it feels very sad to me that today's fool yadavs think Lalu gave them everything. BTW in yadavs there are 7 subcaste but kishanot and Majornot are dominant one.

UnLike Gujrat or Rajasthan, people coming from Bihar will not capture our local businesses, but they will contribute very positively.
Brother no body captures business . Those who like to do business will come with different strategies in business . Gujarati and Rajasthani marwari can do business in a much better way than other state people . Similarly Biharis can do much better labour work than other or other work except business . No one can snatch anything unless you are not capable .

I was born and spent the first 12 years of my life in Sitamarhi, Bihar. I left Bihar after completing my 5th grade. During my time there, I witnessed four murders, numerous kidnappings, and booth capturing in my village. Tragically, my uncle was among those murdered, and despite 22 years passing, we never received justice; the case is now closed.
In 2007, my family and I left Bihar. Although we still own agricultural land and a house there, we rarely visit. Sitamarhi still suffers from inadequate medical facilities, lack of good schools, and limited job opportunities.
As a child in the early 2000s, my parents never allowed me to go outside. My name used to be Vivek Raj, but in the 9th grade, while filling out the registration form for the 10th board exams, I added my surname.
Leaving my childhood home was incredibly painful and remains one of the most difficult experiences of my life.

Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu are striving to attract investments, ministers in Bihar are debating implementing reservations in the private sector. Bihar won't advance with leaders holding onto such regressive mentalities.
Bihar's potential is immense, but its leaders have consistently failed to steer it in the right direction, hindering progress.
