They have fast development, comparable to a tribe like zebasi, and when isolated they can become a powerhouse with late game efficiency due to their consistent and strong custom house spots. I especially like the point you mentioned of kickoo being a tribe that *can easily* invest in naval combat, rather than a tribe that *must* invest in it. While being slower than a tribe like imperius or bardur on lakres, they are still very threatening and can easily develop their economy. Even on drylands, kickoo is a relatively strong tribe, outclassic most non-T0 tribes due to them being a T0 tribe and having overall solid terrain. It's worth noting that due to kickoo having 2 guaranteed water tiles in their capital, they can rather reliably rush a giant, allowing them to get a giant battleship with ease. Ports are very reliable for doing this, as well as using roads and forests to get the last bit of population you need. Overall, kickoo is a very flexible and strong tribe. Although not as dominant as bardur or imperius, they are still a force to be reckoned with.
Suggestion: make short guides do for specific units and its uses, edge cases and speciality, for example how to effectively use catapults.
