  • When writing and delivering performance reviews, many bosses default to language that lacks clarity and creates confusion. And leaders are often completely unaware that they are communicating in this way. In this clip from our recent BossBetter Virtual Summit, I share examples of the subjective-descriptive language to avoid (which bosses use often and which makes feedback worthless) and introduce the objective behavior-based language to use instead.
