  • Hey everyone! Today I am checking out an interesting product called Magigoo. Magigoo is a type of glue that you use to increase bed adhesion for your 3D prints. I really liked this glue and you will have to decide for yourself if you prefer this over something much cheaper like Elmer's Glue Stick. Watch the video to see just how easily the prints come off the bed with this stuff. Enjoy!

not to say much. I tried on glass, pei, buildtak and even on cheap chinese buildtak clones all worked for ABS, PLA and PETG. Best part is it really make the first layer stick but when cools down it pops up easily.

Finally got my ft-5 going, idk how anyone is still using the stock melamine pieces, within a week the melamine carriage was loose and allowing the extruder assembly to wobble a lot causing prints to fail... I printed replacement parts out if abs and its solid now. After removing the melamine pieces I noticed their layers were separating and parts of them were cracked badly.eventually I'll order the carriage, and gantry kits from 713 maker.

Good deal. Sorry to hear about your issues. I was sent a 713 gantry kit that I will put on one day. I also want to test out the Frankenshuttle for those who can't afford a 713maker kit.

3:12 whats up with the random power surge and short circuit noise?

That is because where I live the power is horrible. All the clicking are the UPS' and AVR's adjusting.

Ah that sucks man. I got really lucky in that they just installed underground power in my neighborhood. We had a tornado hit 3 blocks from my house a few weeks back and the power was only out for an hour and a half. Thankfully I had my printer on a 750VA UPS and it printed the whole time without a problem.
