To kill bacteria add 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide of about 10 table spoon to 10 liters of water, shake well and use it to spray soil and around the vegetables in the farm. It kills the bacteria but does not harm snail.

@@Chideranwaforfilms My pleasure. I like snails as Horse Oeuvre. My hearing is not optimal; how is snail consumption in Nigeria? In ancient times, snail were a major, easy, part of human diet. Today, in Holland they go as 'exclusive'. I even have some snail plates in my kitchen.
