I don't have this light but in video I see guy pushing down on white clips and inserting the wires in to the holes then releasing finger from plastic clip on top
Why the hell does this have 4 wire slots but only 2 wires connected? I installed this yesterday and it broke something and now my old light doesn't Edit: I've noticed that just 2 of the slots on each side are actually connected. Problem is though (for me at least) when the correct wires are plugged in my light switch starts controlling another light
Video is very misleading. The ceiling wires are connected while on a bench, not while on a ladder. Also the handles to open the mount are to close to the ceiling to use like depicted.
Good bright light. Worst mounting clips and design in the history of mankind. Developer should be required to clip on bracket in every household or be flogged.
same problem here. *Edit* Found this online: If you are using an earthed three core cable with a unit which does not need to be earthed then the earth cable can simply be trimmed back and safely secured using electrical insulation tape. Any light, lamp, bulb holder or fitting with a conductive or metal exterior surface must always be earthed to ensure against risk of electrocution or serious injury.
@@TheCupfulBoy yeah, cut it short and tape it up so it won't cause any harm. If you're unsure get someone in who is more familiar, don't take any chances.
@@DashTriton Why cut it short? Can I just tuck it back to the inside of the ceiling? I am not sure if this cheap product comes this earthen protection from the outside
FYI, it only comes with power and neutral wire...just trim and tape up the ground.

I eat in the dinning room where there’s no light on the ceiling. How’s it going to work? No lights means no wires
Pull the bracket lock and attach is not so simple ,,it's hell to fix it
The little snap wire connectors are terrible. I sent it back

this is bullshit I did everything to connect it to my phone but it doesnt work. dont buy it
