    This is great. I just bought 8 of them. This you don't need to take out the electrical can out, cut the ceiling hole bigger and push in the irregular shape light can into your gyp.

    Are these made of any metal or glass, or all plastic?

    The back mounting plate is locked and won't move. Tried prying it with a screwdriver but it won't budge. I can't install them so all 4 will be going back

    Is there any way to lock the colour so they don’t change every time you flip the switch?

    • @MorozovAutomotive
      @MorozovAutomotive  Год назад

      They actually don't change every time you flip the switch. They only change if you do it within 5 seconds of turning off the lights. There is no permanent way to lock the colour.

      If you want to keep it a certain color and tired of it changing frim 4 to 2.7k on you, you can modify the wiring slightly on the light side (not ceiling attached driver.
      Leave white wire alone.
      You tie the red and black wires from the DC driver together and connect both of these one of the wires going into the light itself. Red is for 2700k
      Black for 4000k.
      I made a video where I chose 2700k on my yt account.

    Is there a bulb to change? What happens when the light dies out?

    • @MorozovAutomotive
      @MorozovAutomotive  Год назад +1

      There is no bulb. It comes with the led element. The light in theory should last up to 50000 hours. Once it stops working you can fix it but it won't be as simple as bulb replacement.

      The electronics will die before the LED does. Replace the whole thing when it dies.
