Is it safe to ride a bike or are there places that are protected for bike riding? Apollo beach seems nice, but I am interested in are the public schools divided by your address? If your house is close to a lake, do you have to worry about mosquitoes or poisonous frogs or water moccasins? Thank you.
Mi Veijo..........how can you even put that out there. Its caferia style.!! I guess you need to do your home work more. #1 is circles yes then next place is mentioned above. Its like night and day!!
What's wrong with Mi Viejo? Lol. Their food's great. Cafeteria style, yes. But for fresh food in Apollo Beach, Mi Viejo and Circles are my recommendations. 2 totally different settings.

Great area, very quiet, good choices in restaurants, and a short commute to Big Bend, Tampa, Brandon, Sarasota, St Pete. for more dining options. It's definitely an older community of folks, but that isn't a bad thing.
They really don't. Waterset is a very highly desirable neighborhood. Try finding another Waterset in Tampa Bay. With it's openness, excellent amenities, great builders, good location, miles of trails etc. Not easy to find at all.
I can tell you that Waterset is a beautiful community. Absolutely the best community in Apollo Beach if you are looking for “community”. This is the third place I’ve lived in Apollo Beach and by far my favorite. Lived in Golf and Sea, which was good, then Mira Bay.
What is the typical canal depth in Bal Harbor and the Golf and Sea developments? What areas cannot accommodate sailboat mooring?

Harbor isles is NOT a gated community. Have you noticed what has been happening there!!
Correct, Harbour Isles isn't gated. That's why I don't mention or state it as a gated community.

waterset......just building and building just look at the # of houses now on the market. People want to move way from there. TOO OVER CROWDED!!

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.🫡🇺🇸❤
