Terina Congrats on the Sterling Silver Piece. Very Beautiful. Love the Token and Bottle also. Doug the Compact so cool. Especially with the mirror still in it. Love the Razor Holder also. Rich Congrats on the 1919 S Mercury Dime and the flower piece. Take Care Everyone
When the finds get though to find, that is when the big finds come out and you shack your head and say how did we miss it. See still stuff there. Congrats Thanks for sharing.
I strongly recommend wearing a cooling vest. Our thermostats don't work as well as they did when we were young. Amazon has them, and they are affordable.
We used those exact bridge tokens up here in the 80s and 90s. Delaware River Joint Tollbooth Commission. Our bridge links Montague, NJ (my town) to Milford, PA. into the Poconos
I love this show but I wish JASON would let the finder handle the piece first. I get anxious when you just grab the item with or without asking the finder. Then sometimes ya start rubbing on it not knowing what it is. ❤ thanks for the surprise Sunday video. Love yall tons
You sent me down a shallow rabbit hole with Richard Hudnut (1855-1928). He was a cosmetologist, perfumer, and pharmacist on 5th Avenue in New York. His stepdaughter Natacha Rambova may have been a QuarterHoarder fan if she were alive today. She married Rudolph Valentino (m. 1923; div. 1925), and later become obsessed with the Egyptian craze sweeping Europe. She studied Egyptology and earned two Mellon Grants to travel there and study Egyptian symbols and belief systems. She served as the editor of the first three volumes of Egyptian Religious Texts and Representations(1954-7) by Alexandre Piankoff, also contributing a chapter on symbology in the third volume. She died in 1966 in California of a heart attack while working on a manuscript examining patterns within the texts in the Pyramid of Unas. Just a snippet of history I had never heard. The interesting things we learn from the relics we dig make this hobby so much richer; to quote David McCullough, “it makes the past come alive”.
That’s great. I looked him up as well, although not quite as deep, but I did see the Valentino link. Apparently this maker was a pretty big deal in that world!
Hey Jason, that piece you had in your hand at the 10:30 mark is a gag piece off a choke collar for Oxen. That is how they controlled them. I reused mine as a key fob.
What happened to the cool guy that used to be on your videos all the time? PAUL? IS PAUL STILL ALIVE!!? HE WAS ALWAYS FINDING THE VERY BEST FINDS!!! I MISS HIM
I know the mystery coin it is a dutch and its called a hollandia duitje the year is at the bottom and de reverse has Lion and a wal around it so it is 1600 until 1780
The 'Acanthus leaves" at the 11:06 mark, is seen on all "OLD WORLD" buildings, such as pillars on cathedrals, city halls and other 'govt' buildings with open scrolls across the world. Jesus was crowned with the acanthus plant (has thorns, too), and not rose thorns, before his crucifixion and his 'heavenly' buildings on Earth show this clearly. They're even on the front and back of a dollar bill.
If you are colorblind, how did you know that the clad quarter was orange? I listened to the video three times and I am pretty certain that was your voice and not Rich.
I can see some colors but often it depends on its shade and what different color is next to it to make it stand out. I might get them wrong though, like calling something brown when it’s really red or green, but other times I can see it at all. This time it looked like orange and I got it right apparently, but that only happens about 20% of the time.
Terina would be a great addition to the crew!😊👍👍
yes she would
Doug's compact was one of the coolest items ever found on the channel.
"Definitely ain't taking a shower with me" 😂

Hey Jason, that piece you had in your hand at the 10:30 mark is a gag piece off a choke collar for Oxen. That is how they controlled them. I reused mine as a key fob.
Thanks Mike, that piece was still a bit of a mystery to me. I figured it was something in that ballpark but wasn’t sure exactly what.
Hello Quarter Hoarder,Dog Tag Doug,Charlie and Rich

That silver piece looks like a spice container lid or a part of a makeup jar lid
Just found one this week
Hudnut was the mayor in Indianapolis when i was growing up

Gillette. Cool! I used that razor blade to shave my legs until I discovered the sticky stuff and used it to yank out the hair in my legs. 😊
I am going to be praying that Doug finds his flying eagle 🦅 cent
I know the mystery coin it is a dutch and its called a hollandia duitje the year is at the bottom and de reverse has Lion and a wal around it so it is 1600 until 1780
Couldn't the use if calipers help decide the coin Rich found. Coins have specified diameters.
Compact
Is RICHARD "NICKSOME" wearing a TOOL BAND SHIRT!? would be hella cool if he was.... Js

She's a sight cuter than you guys. Doug especially. 😂
I’ll start wearing the bag over my head again.
@dogtagdoug6751 Not necessary Doug. Just a side by side comparison lol
Howed he know it was orange????? HMMMMM
I believe the buckles to be colonial shoe buckles.
If you are colorblind, how did you know that the clad quarter was orange?
