This is project is my 10 years process and what I’ve learnt over the years. Life is not a straight path, you will have ups and down - it’s good to accept it and even embrace life as it unfolds.
You won’t me motivated all the time, and you won’t be miserable all the way. Some times is about endure other time about perspective.

It's 10 year anniversary since my first motivational video was published. It's absolutely amazing to read your stories, journeys over those years. How many dreams fulfiiled, how many adversity overcome. YOU have created absolute a legacy.
This was also a journey for me.. I’ve quit university to pursue career in video editing. In just few years later I’ve been blessed to work with people all around as a video editor and cinematographer part time. After 5 years of intense work, I was mentally exhausted and I’ve lost the passion for it.
I devote myself into fitness and become personal trainer. Started training my wife. We struggle for 4 years, finance, mentally emotionally.. at the edge of quitting after 5 long years she won her first World Championship title, defended next year, qualified to Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and broke world records several times..
After those incredible successes I went mental breakdown in 2022. Took me almost one year to fully recover. Happy to be finally back. Missed you.
    I finally created Patreon: www.patreon.com/MateuszMVideos
Not everyone know this but all those 10 years this channel was not monetized. And will be not monetized. If you want to support my work, get some unreleased, exclusive materials etc. feel free to join. I would really appreciate your support.
New video is coming at the end of March.
Thank you for your support and for creating such a positive community.

You don’t know how important your videos were to me growing up. I was raised by a single parent. I had no father and we struggled financially growing up. I worked hard to get here. I first encountered your videos in 2016 when I was 16 and continue to listen to them till this day. I’ve done so much. I’ve served my country, traveled the world, closed my first home, have my own truck, my own land all at the age of 23. I’m now working to be a federal agent. All of it started because of your videos. I’ve failed so much but I didn’t let that stop me. I always think about that first time I saw your videos. It built something in me. A fire 🔥 that has kept me going. The confidence and the faith to keep going despite going through adversity. Thank you 🙏🏻

Mateusz- I remember being a broken 19 year old college student in 2015. Just got my heart shattered into pieces, my first business was failing, and slept on an air mattress that deflated every morning in my own apartment living room for 6 months because I lacked the courage to pull myself together.
I thought life had landed a knockout punch, but something in me told me I wasn’t alone in feeling the way I do, and that’s when I came across your videos.
I listened to your videos everyday and those speeches and lines you gathered, they not only kept me going, they lit a fire within me.
I listened to them when I loaded up on my undergrad business classes. I listened to them when I went through an 80 hour/week coding bootcamp. I listened to them when I failed at my second business. I listened to them when I went through 140 rounds of failed software engineering interviews. I listened to them through more of life’s heartbreaks.
I still listen to your videos on repeat almost everyday now at 27. I’ve since graduated college in 3 years, graduated the coding bootcamp, worked as a software engineer at a Fortune 500 company. I started my third business and went through many trials to now have raised multiple rounds of venture funding, growth, and 20 employees aiming to do big things in the AI industry.
I can’t wait to see what you come up with next. The comments here on this video is proof you have touched millions of people’s lives. When I first found out you coached your wife into the Olympics, I said “of course he did”. Of course you did. You, me and all the people you have inspired, we can do whatever we put our hearts and minds into. All of you reading this is proof of that.
Thank you, Mateusz. I’m rooting for ya!!

Welcome back... I really believe your videos have been a huge part of my life.
Looking back almost 10 years ago, I would listen to your videos on loop for literally years as I studied in school. All I wanted was to prove others wrong : to go to a good school and earn a good living to support myself and those I loved. Being younger, in retrospect some of my goals feel driven by self-centered reasons, but I used the feelings I had at the time to push myself forward. I went to a what I consider a great school in my country, became an engineer, moved across the great world for great jobs, and achieved what my younger self aimed for.
Now 10 years wiser but I'm sure still with much to learn, I feel I have more perspective on WHY doing all of this matters. To challenge myself, help those around me, support those I love, simply enjoy human life. Now I am about to launch on a new endeavour to launch a business that I hope will achieve these goals. And although I don't believe in such things, it feels like fate that you returned at this time. I am sure your videos will push me now as they did then, and that we will both reach new heights (whether we perceive them to be or not) from here.

What i learnt through my journey from this decade 20-30 is that the worst periods of my life was the start of something beautiful. Every break up, every struggle that i had was the best fuel to become better. Now that i have a peaceful life after all these storms it seems that I've lost my motivation. Now the next step would be what's your purpose in life? Find your why. It won't be easy to find it but i think that's the road to grow and achieve even more. Just my perception in case someone is feeling like me. Thank you Mateusz huge respect for your work ❤️💪🏻

Your videos have guided me through my darkest days, they've been such an inspiration for me personally. I separated from my ex wife and with no money, job, prospects, friends and with just a single bag of belongings I had to start again. I then got an education, met the love of my life, made a home and family together, and then we fought together as we both had to restart again. There is still dark days especially after losing my mum to cancer but we're so much stronger than ever before.

I have never commented on a video on youtube before. Just didn't think it was worth my time. I started listening to your videos in college. I remember walking to the library from my dorm most nights to study for my mcat with this powerful quote to get me through a long night: "greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric. illusive, god-like feature that only the special among us will ever taste. It's something that truly exists, in all of us". Got denied from medical school first attempt, retook my mcat and was accepted into medical school. Listened to these videos throughout the years when I had little motivation to get work done. Long nights of surgery with little sleep and endless materials to review, your videos got me through it. I am now finishing my training as a trauma surgeon and I got here because of you. Thank you.

Just in time. Your return for me is like a compass that I lost two years ago. It's not just about your videos, it's about who I was and what I aspired to. Then I wandered, losing myself and looking for someone else. And now my experience and my aspirations have come together. Welcome back, Mateusz! Welcome back, me! This video is like an important puzzle that helps me to realise what it means to accept life, to accept myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these 10 years 🙏 With love from Ukraine ❤️‍🔥 P.S. Sometimes it takes 10 years to get one year that changes your life 😉

Your videos pulled me threw some of my darkest days. Threw losing my son to losing my father to almost nearly going bankrupt and homeless.
But after all that darkness I then took motivation from your videos like many others.

Your videos have helped me get closer to God and have helped since the day I saw your most famous one when I was 16 years old. From the mental abuse and walking on eggshells in my own. To now building my own home and a fiancé whom loves me so much.
There was a time where I didn’t know where to go, what to do and who to turn to. Moments where I couldn’t get out of my own mind and the stench of the narrative that my dad left because of was still fresh. Though I was 5, it still hurt to know my dad left for a different family and I couldn’t handle it. The anger, resentment and anxiety were the pilots to my life. I was tuned into this road and its pov was tunnel vision. I missed moments, life and friendships due to my self-righteous nature.
It wasn’t until I made it to college with a full ride thinking I was the “shit,” but wasn’t…I couldn’t stand up for myself like I used to. New environment called for a new me. A new understanding and new way to move. My wings were rugged, and weak. The choice. The choice wasn’t made until quarantine 2020. Almost dropping out of college, mental decline, losing myself and the desire to get better was insurmountable. Now, I’m me. The culmination of years of doubt, resentment, fear, hate….strength, courage, love and compassion. I hope we all are doing better than yesterday and hope the pain turns to wisdom rather than turning into something you can’t comprehend. Love your all

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and reflecting on your journey. It's truly inspiring to hear about your 10-year project and the valuable lessons you've learned along the way. Life is indeed a complex and unpredictable journey, filled with ups and downs. Your perspective on accepting and embracing life as it unfolds is both insightful and empowering.
Throughout our lives, we often encounter obstacles, challenges, and unexpected twists that can deviate us from our intended path. It's during these moments of uncertainty that our true strength and resilience are tested. By acknowledging and accepting the inevitable ebb and flow of life, we develop the capacity to adapt, learn, and grow.
Embracing life's unpredictable nature allows us to cultivate a mindset of gratitude and appreciation. It encourages us to find beauty in the small joys and to cherish the precious moments that come our way. It also enables us to approach setbacks with a sense of curiosity and openness, recognizing that they often carry hidden opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your dedication to your project over the course of a decade is a testament to your unwavering commitment and passion. It's through such long-term endeavors that we truly grasp the magnitude of patience, perseverance, and determination. The process itself becomes a transformative experience, shaping us into resilient individuals who are capable of overcoming the challenges that come our way.
As you continue on your journey, remember that the path to success is rarely linear. Embrace the detours, appreciate the lessons, and celebrate the milestones, both big and small. Your story serves as a reminder to us all that life's twists and turns are not merely obstacles but opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
May you find continued inspiration and fulfillment as you navigate the ever-changing landscape of life. Keep moving forward with your project, guided by the wisdom you've gained and the passion that fuels your progress. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors, knowing that with your attitude and perseverance, you will undoubtedly achieve remarkable things.

Wow..this video reminded me of the struggle I went through 4 months ago as I overcame my broken and dislocated finger. After my surgery, I looked down at my finger with all the metal inside it, and thought, "Will I ever be normal again? Will I be able to do the things I love like play the piano?" I tried to ask the doctors and they could never give me a straight answer. They told me, "Well, you may have a finger that sticks out a little bit. And if you want to do things like play basketball, you'll probably need to tape your fingers together." 6:07 was me.
