You forgot the fact that most people who get these dogs end up giving up on and getting rid of them due to the fact that they dont expect them to require as much attention and work and time as they do. It is around the clock almost to raise a dalmatian and it is very very precise on how to raise them (only positive reinforcement) without causing social or mental issues like anxiety or depression in the dog. Theyre known for their "unburnable energy" and with all that energy any idle time can cause boredom or stress which 9 times out of 10 caused ours to do something destructive. From my experience with our dalmatian if they arent being walked 2 or more miles a day at least. They technically grow a bond with one person (my sister) and when shes gone his anxiety is through the roof making him require a babysitter every single second otherwise he will destroy something or jump on things he shouldnt or eat things he shouldnt be eating even though he already knows hes not supposed to do that. Some of these issues can be caused from stress or pain from teething at a young age but a lot of these issues have to do with poor temperament which is the breeders fault because the shitfuck circus clowns only care about money so if the dalmatian isnt the cost of a used car its probably got some pretty major temperament issues. Small animals to dalmatians are actual prey so if from a very young age they arent raised around smaller pets or dogs they can very likely become aggressive and try to "hunt" that animal as it sees it as prey. Same with children if they arent raised with social interactions with kids from a young age theyre known to attack kids if given the opportunity. Training throughout its whole life is the fairest thing in this video. Quit making videos showing only the positives of the dog because youre literally the part of the reason this breed gets overbred and then left behind due to owners who cant handle the dog.

same thing is being done with dobermans and rottweilers.. everybody talks just about how cuddly they are, but none of them talk about how much work it goes in to making your dog be stable outside of your home.. I've seen way too many of those going ballistic and attacking everyone who comes to close for their liking.. and then they wander why the shelters are overpopulated with breeds like this..

My experience was that a Dalmatian can burn off their energy very happily if you live somewhere that you can let them off the leash to run in the woods at night. Granted they might occasionally come back with an unexpected present like a whole deer hind leg.

Dalmations are so so cute. my customer has one named Oreo. Oreo wont stop slobbering all over my face when I go there to work. In fact I cant work when he's around. When I take oreo for a walk, its as if he's taking me for a walk because he pulls me all over. Oreo is too strong and very muscular. I love him so much. Dalmations love attention but they're a handful

Feed them raw food chicken veg, beef, boiled eggs, bit yogurt, sprinkle rosemary stop fleas. Start as a good breeder does. Get them to training classes early, mix with other dogs & children early. A well trained intelligent breed pays off. They are adorable if work put in from the beginning.

Low purines diet means low protein. Feed chicken or fish instead of red meats. Never gizzards and organ meats. Equal parts vegetables to the meat and water over it all to help flush the meal through the kidneys in case they’re bladder stones. watch for stones or bladder infection. Avoid dehydration; constant fresh water, ice treats, and so on to keep the urinary system and urine dilute. Check uric acid at the vet a few times a year with a simple blood test and if it’s high consider alopurinol tablets daily. It’s no big deal until you get a bladder stone. Then it will max out your visa and cause such suffering. If left uncontrolled, it can make them ouchy and grouchy with undue suffering.
