Did you activate with the waypoint before? If not, activate it first. If you have, you need to buy the floor 1 teleport crystals in order to teleport. Each teleport consumes 1 crystal
If its the dungeon entrance, try backing up a bit and retry. If its the boss queue, someone might already be inside fighting the boss I hope this helped!

when i get a waypoint, specifically the camp waypoint it doenst show up when i try to teleport in the spawn teleport pad, is that normal?
Did you click the waypoints category of the teleport pad? Since theres a floor category and waypoints category..
