- Knocked Up (2007) SYNOPSIS: Rising journalist Alison Scott (Katherine Heigl) hits a serious bump in the road after a one-night stand with irresponsible slacker Ben Stone (Seth Rogen) results in pregnancy. No anti-semitism intended, but both Rogen and Segel got the classic "jewish american" look. Dark hair and eyes but with that reddish beard (which alot of jews seem to have, i got no idea where it comes from). Jonah Hill got the obvious "jewfro".
There are ofc countless tiny details in the faces but im no ethnicity expert so i cant get into that.
Jay Baruchel i cant comment on since he is 1/4 jewish so its a bit of a vague case.
But Martin Starr, no way. You got scottish/celtic actors that are just as "dark" as he is, Bruce Campbell is a good example, im Swedish and its not uncommon to find a 100% swedish guy with the same dark eyes, hair.
He is pale and has that narrow long face with defined features.
Martin could pass as being from a tons of places across Europe which is the exact thing his actual ancestry is from, mostly german, the rest slavic, little bit of english. It all makes sense.
He could pass as spanish aswell, i mean an actual clean cut spanish guy, no moor ancestry because that defeats the purpose of mentioning being spanish.
