So cute. I'm going to mentally nickname him Waldo because it seems like a trend from reading in the comments people are looking for Johan in the videos but panic if they can't spot him. Lol!
"Be silent and listen" I love what he said, it's really deep, I always meet people where they just wanna talk, it's like they can't handle silence, i try to talk to them but their reaction and response feels like they don't understand me or listened to what i said which makes me stop talking, and when i'm silent around them they think i'm a freak or something. I love myself that way, i'm a silent person and a very good listener but i'm only talkative around the people that i love and know that they care about everything i say, otherwise i would just stay silent, being silent is a beautiful thing and it equals talking when you're with the right people where you could sit with them for hours and not say a single word and still feel happy and comfortable.
Jonna, My father’s side of my family is from Iceland. Seeing your videos and hearing the very similar accents and little nuances, it makes me feel like I’m with them again. It’s been 6 long years since I’ve seen them and I must tell you from the bottom of my heart...thank you. You’ve unknowingly reunited me, briefly, with my family. My heart and soul lies in the mountains and glaciers, I’m sure you can relate. ♥️ Takk fyrir, elskan
I agree, be silent and listen. So many of us are overwhelmed with anxiety and worry. Sometimes we just need to sit still and listen, remember what's important in this life. Thank you for the beautiful video!
I really appreciate this. Growing up in Norway my whole life has been like this, and I've never really appreciated it. To me it seemed dull and meaningless, and I wanted to be a movie star or something silly like that. But watching this reminds me that there really is a lot to be greatful for with a simple life to. Millions of people watch this and wish they had this kind of life, I had no idea until I found this channel. I used to think everyone was looking down on us like we where just dumb forest people or something. It's pretty amazing. Thanks for sharing your energy with us, it really means a lot.
The grass is always greener on the other side. I live in the states and was born and raised in California. Yet I watch her videos envious of a slow paced lifestyle with that much nature and virtually no people. I wish we could swap places for a week. Lol
Yeah i had the same feeling like you that i would be rich but after watching jonna i feel very calm and tension free. The real thing is to feel the beauty of nature. Money is not everything.
I live in a sh*tty third world country and dude i want you to know that if you live like this, be thankful for it and enjoy every single second of it, i'm fighting and trying to finally get away from here to live in a nordic country where i'm surrounded by snow, northern light and drenched in mother nature away from any religious bs and ignorant people, don't take this amazing life for granted my friend.
Thank you for your channel. It just makes me relaxed especially now that we're affected by the pandemic. Every time my mind wants peace, I just go to your videos and I'll surely feel relaxation.
I wish we could live in a world where everyone had access to this high quality of life. Surely nature is abundant and we can all thrive, no one has to be stuck in crisis survival mode. And we can all live in reciprocity and communion with the Earth
I think the problem is that so many people wouldn't choose a life like this. They want eyerything big and glamorous... Do you know what I mean. Many people can't appreciate nature

In Ukraine, in the Carpathians, most cows graze on their own, without fences and shepherds, and then in the evening, they return to their stalls, also by themselves. It's not unusual to see a small herd (5-10 cows) roaming down the hill without any shepherds. There's usually a "main" cow that guides a herd and others follow her.

originally clicked a bunch of videos on the start site of youtube, looked at the timestamp of 34 min of the video and thought "ah. thats long. might skip through it a bit to see the nice scenery" and here i am , three videos later, having watched every second of them. again. its not thefirst time i watch her stuff. its just so wholesome. the people, the landscape, the feelings, the nature, the calmness, the dog, the crafting / painting of objects, some rough and revitalizing ice baths, the non-faked smiles....its giving off such a big contrast to the actual life i and many others have to endure. im living in germany and yeah its one of the better countries to life in when compared to even worse, but having grown up in a smaller village (150 people) and been in the woods, building little shelters and secret hideouts with friends, searching shrooms and fossils with my father, jumping into every puddle, river, see and just lying around in the sun, in the middle of nowhere, or watching the giant moon in the sky when you took to long to finish your hideout and its pitch dark on your way back....knowing /having known all this and now having to study 24 7 or doing mandatory bullshit just to get around, social media influencer discussing about gender, TV full of faked idiotic drama and advertising thats beyond cringe or stupid, living in a bigger town with all the gray ugly trashy buildings / roads and even humans. those soulless drones of flesh, putting up a smile, asking things they dont wanna know, answering things they dont mean, simulating a functioning smth to hide the disordered corrupted relics of themselves. it just hurts. its like you watch your first love being happy with someone else and remembering the good old times you had, having that constricting feel in your throat and that uneasyness in your stomache. i feel like im wasting all my life and i also feel helpless to do anything against it because all action i can do is just a reaction to my environment, picked from one of the possibilities my DNA enables me to choose from. im stuck here in this shit. and the worst part is, as a human being, im sometimes getting so used to it that i dont even notive whats missing anymore. there are times i feel happy enough to deal with it, times where this balance of "as shitty as possible but just good enough to keep them in the system" is all i need. and then i watch this and i feel like im in a coma of some sort, drugged. wish there was people like you around me and a lifestyle that would enable us to stay that way. treasure it. you might get used to it and no longer notive how special it is, but i guarantee you, you won the jackpot at life (even if only half of what i see is your reality)
It does help when you do something you actually enjoy for a living so it's On your terms as far as having time for toher things. vs 9am-5pm grind at some job and then house work on top of that etc

"Be silent and listen"
I love what he said, it's really deep, I always meet people where they just wanna talk, it's like they can't handle silence, i try to talk to them but their reaction and response feels like they don't understand me or listened to what i said which makes me stop talking, and when i'm silent around them they think i'm a freak or something.
Good to see Johan's smiling face again. Wonderful video, Jonna. Now all is right in the world.

It’s been 6 long years since I’ve seen them and I must tell you from the bottom of my heart...thank you. You’ve unknowingly reunited me, briefly, with my family.
Lol

Yes true
Yeaah that was so exciting for me to watch those cows wondering on their own and actually coming back home!

originally clicked a bunch of videos on the start site of youtube, looked at the timestamp of 34 min of the video and thought "ah. thats long. might skip through it a bit to see the nice scenery" and here i am , three videos later, having watched every second of them. again. its not thefirst time i watch her stuff. its just so wholesome. the people, the landscape, the feelings, the nature, the calmness, the dog, the crafting / painting of objects, some rough and revitalizing ice baths, the non-faked smiles....its giving off such a big contrast to the actual life i and many others have to endure. im living in germany and yeah its one of the better countries to life in when compared to even worse, but having grown up in a smaller village (150 people) and been in the woods, building little shelters and secret hideouts with friends, searching shrooms and fossils with my father, jumping into every puddle, river, see and just lying around in the sun, in the middle of nowhere, or watching the giant moon in the sky when you took to long to finish your hideout and its pitch dark on your way back....knowing /having known all this and now having to study 24 7 or doing mandatory bullshit just to get around, social media influencer discussing about gender, TV full of faked idiotic drama and advertising thats beyond cringe or stupid, living in a bigger town with all the gray ugly trashy buildings / roads and even humans. those soulless drones of flesh, putting up a smile, asking things they dont wanna know, answering things they dont mean, simulating a functioning smth to hide the disordered corrupted relics of themselves. it just hurts. its like you watch your first love being happy with someone else and remembering the good old times you had, having that constricting feel in your throat and that uneasyness in your stomache. i feel like im wasting all my life and i also feel helpless to do anything against it because all action i can do is just a reaction to my environment, picked from one of the possibilities my DNA enables me to choose from. im stuck here in this shit. and the worst part is, as a human being, im sometimes getting so used to it that i dont even notive whats missing anymore. there are times i feel happy enough to deal with it, times where this balance of "as shitty as possible but just good enough to keep them in the system" is all i need. and then i watch this and i feel like im in a coma of some sort, drugged. wish there was people like you around me and a lifestyle that would enable us to stay that way. treasure it. you might get used to it and no longer notive how special it is, but i guarantee you, you won the jackpot at life (even if only half of what i see is your reality)
Jonna, I love how you say, "hello my loves." Makes me feel special.
I would give everything to live like you, because you actually live, you don't just exist 💙
