So, a Portuguese friend once told me that: "I've been a teacher for 10 years" = 'sou professor faz 10 anos' and "I worked there 10 years ago" = 'Trabalhei lá 10 ands atras.' Wrong? AND is there ANY difference between "faz anos" and "há anos"? Obrigado muito.
Em português de Portugal, usamos 'faz muitos anos' ou 'há muitos anos'. O mais comum é 'há muitos anos'. Nos dois exemplos usariamos há - Sou professor há 10 anos | Trabalhei lá há 10 anos
