Suggestion: make known what state and which recognizable town the property is near very early in the video or even better in the title.

Oh we can find you cheaper land, that's no problem. But I doubt we will find you a better deal than this 23 acres on Bryant Creek with mature timber and a private road all the way to the creek.

Great piece of property but very important is that road on property private or is it an easement road were others can use to get through?that could be a deal breaker having traffic running through your land!
This tract does also have a long private driveway that leads back to a private cleared site. There are no roads running through the property (easement road borders the south side).

@@InstantAcres , I live in Michigan, and I worked an ice storm in Arkansas some years ago, spent a lot of time in Calico Rock. I said if I ever moved back to the south to live again, I would buy property in the area of Calico Rock. Such a beautiful place. Lol, as we try to mention, we NEVER EVER post videos of properties that have been sold. In fact, in order to create a listing page for a property we must FIRST post a video (because they are used in the listing page for every single property). But, we totally get that it is very annoying when they sell so quickly. Plus, we have no control over which videos RUclips recommends to you (or when) so it may sometimes look like we are promoting a video for a sold tract (which we never are).
