The easement road is the best part, you can drive your truck right to the river and still have a very private building site that you can't see from the road. Sure wish we could find some more land on a trout fishing river...

I believe all the restrictions, or covenants, are listed on the Instant Acres website. Taxes are listed as you view each property. On some videos, the narrator tells you about the building restrictions; i.e., concrete foundation, at least 600 sq ft., no campers or manufactured houses, etc.

St. Louis is NOT 2 hours from Springfield! More like 3 1/2 hours.
Richard, you are correct but this property is not in Springfield. This property is by Lebanon, MO which is about 2 hours from St. Louis ( 2 hours 29 minutes to the center of St. Louis from Lebanon).
