You talked me rite out of it when you said I'd have to have intermission to cut a tree on my own property just sound to much like communism for me.
Correct, you can not cut or sell the thousands of dollars of timber just by making the minimum down payment. This is the case on every loan on a property (whether it is owner financing or bank financing). We do, however, often work with people who want to clear timber for a driveway, building site, etc.

Why do you even post this if it's already been sold?
It sold after the video was posted to RUclips (although RUclips may recommend it to you after is was sold as we have no control over that).
So at 1:01 of the video I find a much more appealing aspect, the HORIZON line! Show me the curvature of Earth please, I'm not seeing any curvature, ANYWHERE!! Help me out, I'm getting scarred here, I'm NOT seeing any CURVATURE, just flat lines. WTF is up with that??????????????
The curvature of the earth over that 3-5 mile horizon would only be about 5-10 feet. It would not be visible to the human eye.
@@InstantAcres If ya do the actual geometry, there should be curvature everywhere, we shouldn't be able to see beyond a few miles without everything falling away, why don't we see the curvature of the Earth, look deeper, maybe you'll get there. Look up Black Swan on YT and you'll see there is NO Curvature ANYWHERE. What's up with that? How can I see Grafton, ill. across 3 rivers from St. Louis over 10 miles away? No drone just standing there, how's that possible?
