I grew up in Camdenton (right on the Lake), I don't know what's so dam special about it, other than it's a big pool of green skunky water slowly filling up with empty beer bottles.
That was a excellent video I had just moved to from California and It hads a lot of information that I didn't know about this place that I moved to thank you!
@@brettferguson2742 I can appreciate that! I have not lived in California for about 30 years. I grew up a Dodger fan as a kid. Way to many sheep in California for me. I think California should be it's own messed up country. California hates freedom.
Just don't go out on it on a summer weekend. The lake is covered with hedonistic tourists from Kansas City and St. Louis, drunkenly operating speedboats and personal watercraft, resulting in injuries and deaths. Girl Scouts at their lakeside camp often cannot go swimming, as drug paraphernalia drifts past from "Party Cove." Traffic is terrible, property is expensive, and ordinary workers have been priced out of the immediate area. I lived there for 2 years, and that was enough.
Late reply, but the correct one: Many places on the lake of the ozarks have a rock bottom that helps retain the convection of heat. This is easily experienced at Tablerock Lake. When you get in the water in the morning and the air is a little cold, the water feels like you’re getting into a hot tub. It’s incredible
I absolutely LOVE your video! Thank you!!
Thanks for the comment! I greatly appreciate it.
Lovely!!!🎉🎉🎉
this video is definitely very beautiful, what an excellent landscape 🏞 I fell in love with the place because of the great TV series
Thanks so much. Such a wonderful place.

Great photography! My excellent voice over work would make this better. 😊 Any interest?
YESSSSS🎉🎉🎉🎉
What was lost to make that lake?
That is a really good question. I don't know.
@@mjmmedia8056 Thousands of acres of prime bottom land with hundreds of farms and families of mostly Scottish and German descent.
There was a town called Linn Creek that is now under the lake.
@@6610stix same happened to create Toledo Bend Lake between Texas and La. Great bass fishing but families lost old farms and family cemeteries
Looks fun. Is the water cold?
It wasn't that cold
