That screams metal detecting.
Right on, great site
That's exactly what I was thinking.
It has Got to Be Hammered. They Can't Get Em' ALL !
😎👍
You would have my interest more if I could hear what you're saying you need a better microphone
Sorry, looks like this one is sold. You can visit us at www.InstantAcres.com to see the currently available properties, thanks!
@@InstantAcres yeah..he said turn up your audio when making videos!!! We cant hear a damn thing your saying!!!
@@InstantAcres speak louder or need maybe to get a Mic when you are out there. Your audio was very low compared to when you do voice over with your drone footage.
@@myles3100 what?
DreamAngel1967 I quit the channel months ago because of it. Headache
The stone building will be there 300 years from now but a house built today wouldn't make it 250 years what's wrong with this????
james don't bet on it, maybe it takes a 6.0 to knock that down
😎👍
All the trees around the rock building should be removed. The roots are destroying the foundation.
That goes for any building
👍
@@cbr1thou Yeah. i'm looking to buy a house and so many people say OOOH look at that gorgeous huge tree in the front yard!
And I say NOPE. That tree will eat your plumbing.
Gorgeous! I hope you will try to restore that stone structure. It would make a beautiful home! Didn’t know Missouri was involved in the civil war. Two of my g-g-grandfathers were confederate soldiers.
Gweneth the 12th and 13th stars on the Confederate flag were fir Missouri and Kentucky!
😎👍
I would definitely turn the rock barn into a home!
and get flooded out each winter storm
@@brianjohnson1273 would the house be flooded ?
@@raphaelahons3479 The building shows water is inside and most likely underneath. That would be cause of that particular wall collapsing. It needs french drains installed all around it to get water away from the structure. Also by looking at the video the building looks to be maybe 20 to thirty feet above water line at most. It may take a pretty good size flood to put it under water but the hillside right next to it could cause a problem in a heavy rain storm. It also looks like there is a lot of water coming down the road next to the building which could cause flooding.
don't let the herb wag your tail, this could be a nightmare as well as a dream, my guess it is a pipe dream that could haunt you in your old age
You guys might be right. That field in extreme high water events is part of the flood plain. Whether or not the flooding ever reaches the road and rock building is an interesting question.
Oh my gosh what an amazing place! Totally subscribing
😎👍
Thanks for sharing this video message. Looks like a fantastic area.

I love old buildings like that. That is one solid structure. The link to the property is not clickable I don't know if that's a RUclips thing...it would be much easier if you could click on it and go to a directly because I tried to cut and paste and it wouldn't let me.
Looks like this tract has been sold. We don't have anything else like it BUT we do have a few other nice tracts on our website right now at www.InstantAcres.com

@@stevensteven7770 hi!

Never!
Beautiful. Id totally live there

I live in the foot hills in California there were a lot fo buildings like that from the 1800 they were house’s most had a wooden deck going partly of all the way around the building with a roof covering it. Some had a big room downstairs and a bunch of little rooms upstairs
Cool
The comment about removing the closest trees might be a good idea. It is the farmers having kept a roof over the barn that has saved the building. On the side of the barn with the missing door, I don't see any debris. The stones may have been cannibalized for other adjacent buildings. I would be wary if this is on any land that has federal or state control. They have a habit of asking for the impossible from people looking to restore historic buildings. I have restored a building like this. This barn is not bad. But I'm 65 and retired and nowhere near Arkansas.
Greg, you have the knowledge that could save you some real heartache and out of debt.

WHY ARE ALL THE TREES LIKE DEAD??? GREEN GRASS SO MILD WEATHER
There are very few leaves on the trees because the video was taken in the winter.
where is this property located and how many acre is it? thanks.
Unfortunately this property has already sold.
Be sure to check out our up to date listings at: www.instantacres.com
Why is this saying published 6 days ago if already sold?
Our properties tend to sell very quickly because of the low down payments and owner financing. You can always visit our website at www.InstantAcres.com to see the currently available properties.
click bait
I see this video was originally posted a year ago or so. Is it still for sale?
Looks like this tract was leased out and is now available for sale. Although, we may have just gotten a down payment on it...
Its sold folks. No need to watch
Keep an eye on our website at www.InstantAcres.com as we hope to have some new tracts coming up in the near future.
Is this property still available???? And how much are you asking for it??? Please touch base with me or I can call you when I get back from my trip 👍😎🙏🧐🤓🇺🇸🤠😎👍 Looking forward to getting more information from you 👍
Sorry, this property has been sold.
Beautiful! I'd be down there at the river every day, weather permitting!
😎👍
I'm still waiting for a response on a question about these videos being 4 years old or 6 years old or at the very least 4 months old wondering if they are still for sale and available.. and if they're not then why are they even on RUclips anymore. I'm sick and tired of seeing stupid stuff like this along with clickbait and RUclips does nothing about that but they have standards against telling the truth
Unfortunately you are confused. This is simply a preview video that we use, not only for our property listings, but also for promotional purposes and we often leave them at the buyers request as well. If you are looking for our full and up-to-date property listings please check out our website. RUclips is a great resource for housing/posting videos. It is not a property listing site. Thanks.
I'm interested in this property
Unfortunately this property has already sold.
Damn. That's super nice.👍

Nope looks like someone rammed that side got the Rock from it !
Cheaper than going to the river bed collecting them !
I believe that you're right. It wouldn't take much to replace it but it's a less than ideal location......Higher ground for me.

Too cool love and got some history

We wouldn't blame you a bit. This tract is sold but we have another really cool property on our website at www.InstantAcres.com

Nice area! Put a bed and breakfast into the rock barn! A few electric hook ups closer to the river! Nice little money maker! Wish I were younger!!
B&B for who, the local raccoons? No one but an idiot is going to stay there in that dilapidated hole. I don't care if you build a holiday inn express, no one's driving out to that area to sit next to a shallow unspectacular creek and stare at the power lines.
Better be boat hookups ! LOL

you need to turn your microphone up, can barely hear you.
😎👍
You Definitely need some camera training.
Ouch!

😎👍
I sure wish there was some kind of site like this in South Carolina
It really is a special property. Lots of history on this one. Acreage on Bryant Creek is getting VERY hard to find and the rock building is pretty darn amazing.
Isn't that building Clarks Mill? The stone structures behind it would have been part of the mill races feeding it with water .it would have been erected there to protect it from seasonal floods and there may have been a dam further upstream.
Clark's Mill was a few hundred feet to the west (on Hunter Creek). Although the rock building could easily have been part of the Mill in one way or another.

Nothing strange about this, the video was taken last winter.

Hi! You can always see our available properties on our website at www.instantacres.com - thanks!
Is there a reason you don't list the prices on the properties???
Yes, because we leave the videos on RUclips so that the buyers can continue to view them, and some buyers wish to keep that information private.
