Согласен хрень! Мало чем от китайской, кроме цены, отличается! Я себе сам ремни делаю. Всегда кожа 3-4мм в один слой. Никакой проклейки-прошивки. Только крд, только правильной порезки. Самому старому больше 20 лет, нормально служит и отлично выглядит.

Leatherworker here, masks arent for illness in this situation. Leather glue makes you nauseous and dizzy if you breath too much, and it looks like mr. Glue guy is center of the room lol.
Sorry but this whole process isn't because the result is a high quality product. It's to justify the bs price. This is what you get when the lie needs to be fully supported. It's a leather belt.
Not necessarily. You can make multiple layer belts with good quality supplies. Its just going to cost more. You can fpr example do a nicer outer layer thats thinner and use the flesh side pf skived leather to "fill" the center with a calfskin inside lining. Also finding a nice brass buckle pr even using exotocs fpr the exterior. But your talkong about a $ 300+ belt

A single piece of 10-12oz leather with brass buckle can go for at least $80-100, depending on your market. It is better qusliry then any chinese factory made belt at most rerail outlets, and even many higher end places.
